Autor práce si klade za cíl vypracování finanční analýzy v podniku NYK Logistics (Czech) za roky 2005 až 2010. S využitím znalostí získaných během bakalářského studia analyzuje podnik podnikající v oboru dopravy během let, kdy světovými ekonomikami otřásá krize. V práci autor využívá informací získaných veřejně i osobní konzultací se zástupci společnosti. K vyhodnocení jednotlivých výkazů pak využívá horizontální a vertikální analýzy, zlatých pravidel financování, analýzu rentability, aktivity, likvidity a zadluženosti, bonitní a bankrotní modely, analýzu ekonomické přidané hodnoty a porovnání s konkurentem. The author aims on financial analysis of company called NYK Logistics (Czech) for the years 2005 -- 2010. Using the knowledge gained during bachelor study, he analyzes the company engaged in the field of transport during the years when the crisis is shaking world economies. In this thesis the author uses the information collected in public and private consultations with representatives of the company. To evaluate each statement then uses horizontal and vertical analysis, golden rules of financing, analysis of profitability, activity, liquidity and leverage, value and bankruptcy models, economic value added analysis and comparison with a competitor.
