Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem společenské odpovědnosti organizací (CSR) se zaměřením na Národní program posuzování shody systému managementu společenské odpovědnosti a následnou aplikaci tohoto programu ve firmě MUCOS Pharma CZ, s.r.o. V úvodu práce je vymezen pojem CSR a počátky tohoto konceptu v ČR. Dále práce pokračuje výčtem všech podstatných aspektů a pojmů z oblasti společenské odpovědnosti včetně určení důležitých stakeholders. Na konci teoretické části jsou uvedeny argumenty, proč CSR začlenit do firemní koncepce, a přínosy tohoto začlenění. Následně je krátce popsán Národní program posuzování shody systému managementu společenské odpovědnosti. Praktická část je zaměřena na firmu MUCOS Pharma CZ, s.r.o. Je provedena analýza a je vyhodnoceno, zda firma plní požadavky Národního programu. Na závěr jsou vytvořeny návrhy vhodných opatření a doporučení pro firmu. The bachelor's thesis deals with the social responsibility of organisations focusing on the National Programme for Conformity Assessment of Management of Social responsibility and subsequent application of this program in the company MUCOS Pharma CZ, Ltd. The work begins with the definition of CSR and the origins of this concept in the Czech Republic. Further the work continues to the specification of all relevant aspects and concepts of the social responsibility including the identification of important stakeholders. At the end of the theoretical part arguments are given why the CSR should be integrated into the corporate concept and benefits of such implementation. Subsequently, the National Programme for Conformity Assessment of Management of Social Responsibilities is briefly described. The practical part is focused on the company MUCOS Pharma CZ, Ltd. The analysis is performed and evaluated whether this company meets the requirements of the National Programme. At the conclusion appropriate measures and recommendations for the company are given.
