Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je zjistit, zda v současné rychle se vyvíjející době je možné využívat teoretických poznatků z oblasti personálního marketingu v praxi. K tomuto účelu jsem provedla analýzu činností útvaru personálního marketingu v oblasti vyhledávání a získávání nových zaměstnanců ve významné bankovní organizaci XY, a. s. v České republice. Pomocí komparativní metody a analýzy zkoumám, jak se na působení personálního marketingu dívá odborná literatura a jak funguje personální marketing v praxi. Z uvedené komparace a provedené analýzy vyplívá skutečnost, že personálním marketing bankovní organizace XY, a. s. ve svých činnostech uplatňuje stejné principy a postupy, které jsou popsány v odborných publikacích. Činnost personálního marketingu je zhodnocena pomocí SWOT analýzy a jsou navržena případná řešení nedostatků. The subject of my Bachelor's Thesis is to determine if is possible to use theoretical knowledge of personal marketing in practice. For this purpose I analyzed the activities of department of personnel marketing, especially involvement in recruitment, in significant banking organization XY in Czech Republic. By using comparative methods and analysis I compare a view of literature on activities of personnel marketing and functioning of personnel marketing in practice. The result of analysis shows that the recommendations and principles mentioned in literature are applied in banking organization XY, correspond with the recommendation in professional publications. At the end I evaluate personal marketing activities with SWOT analysis and I recommend solutions of deficiencies.
