Předmětem práce je posouzení vlivu jídelních poukazů na nadváhu občanů. Práce teoreticky analyzuje následky a dopady užívání stravenek na občana-spotřebitele z hlediska volby spotřebitele, podmínek, za nichž se rozhoduje, z hlediska teorie spotřeby a dalších faktorů a efektů, jež mají rozhodující vliv na spotřebitelovo chování. Poukazuje na jednotlivé "rizikové" činitele, které mohou být významnými podněty, jež spotřebitele ovlivňují (a to i nepřímo) a na jejichž základě pak může (ale nemusí) docházet právě ke vzniku obezity. Závěr práce je věnován otázce účinnosti a efektivnosti určité státní regulace v této oblasti. The object of this thesis is a size effect assessment of meal vouchers on peoples' obesity. The thesis theoretically analyses the effects and consequences of meal voucher use on the commoner-consumer in terms of consumer choice, the conditions under which decisions are made, consumer theory, and other factors and effects that have a decisive influence on consumer behavior. The thesis refers to individual "hazard" factors, which may be significant stimuli, which impact consumers (including indirectly), and on the basis of which obesity genesis may (but need not) occur. Finally, the thesis concentrates on the issue of the efficiency and effectiveness of specific state regulation in this area.
