Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na postoj pracovníků ke své práci v organizaci. Její zpracování proběhlo na základě empirického výzkumu, který byl zaměřen na spokojenost pracovníků. Cílem bylo zjistit aktuální stav spokojenosti pracovníků finančně poradenské společnosti Partners Financial Services, a.s. Ze zpracovaných dat dotazníkového šetření následně odhalit případné nedostatky, které vedou k nespokojenosti pracovníků a tím pádem k jejich demotivaci. Na základě zjištěných dat a jejich analýzy poté navrhnout možná opatření, která by vedla ke zlepšení dané situace. This thesis is focused on the employees attitude to work in their organization. The thesis is based on empiric research focused on employees satisfaction. The goal was to find out the actual state of satisfaction of employees of company Partners Financial Services a.s. , and, based on the survey, to detect the failures leading to employees dissatisfaction and loose of motivation. Based on the accumulated data to design possible solutions to improve the situation.
