Hlavním cílem práce je posouzení finančního zdraví společnosti Metrostav a.s. s využitím metod finanční a ekonomické analýzy. Mezi hlavní cíle práce jsou zařazeny metody bankrotních a bonitních modelů a jejich využití v praxi.Dílčím cílem práce je aplikace nové metody Harryho Pollaka, která je zaměřená na hodnocení vitality podniku. The aim of thesis is concerned with practical usage of financial and economical analysis of Metrostav a.s. One of the main objects was implementation of creditworthy and bankruptcy indicators. Secondary target of this thesis was application of the Harry Pollak method.It is new young method that measures vitality of the enterprise. Method is focused on comprehensive evaluation of the business entity.
