Bakalářská práce s názvem Organizační architektura nadnárodní společnosti Nike si klade za cíl zachytit faktory, které ovlivňují organizační architekturu podniku. Ty jsou zde nahlíženy z pohledu nadnárodních společností coby institucí vyžadujících odlišná řešení v projektování firemních struktur. Pro určení konkrétních faktorů jsem vycházela ze specifikace nadnárodních podniků. Takto pojmenované faktory mi pak posloužily coby identifikátory struktur, které odpovídají použití v institucích nadnárodního dosahu. Svou pozornost jsem věnovala rovněž systému správy společnosti, a sice z důvodu odlišného dopadu na uspořádání vrcholového vedení organizace v závislosti na využívaném modelu. Veškeré dosud zmíněné kroky jsem v praktické části aplikovala na konkrétní nadnárodní společnost Nike. Míru shody metodologických předpokladů s praxí následně hodnotím v závěrečné části této práce. The Bachelor's Thesis Organizational architecture of multinational company Nike sets the target to find the key factors which influence an organizational architecture of companies. The factors here are connected with the specificity of multinational companies which ask different solutions in the matter of company structure projecting. For defining concrete factors I used the definition of multinational companies. These factors became the identificators of structures which can be theoretically used in this specific kind of institution. Next thing which pays my attention in this Bachelor's Thesis is corporate governance. The reason is, that the specific kind of model influences the structure of top management in a specific way. After that I have applied all mentioned parts on Nike company. The degree of consensus of scientific assumption with in practice used methods I discussed in the last part of this Bachelor's Thesis.
