Předmětem disertační práce je problematika řízení lidských zdrojů v malých a středních podnicích, a to v kontextu různých vnitřních a vnějších podmínek jejich fungování. Hlavním cílem práce je na základě identifikace a zhodnocení současných přístupů malých a středních podniků k řízení lidských zdrojů navrhnout model řízení lidských zdrojů v českých malých a středních podnicích, včetně doporučení pro tyto podniky ke zlepšení úrovně řízení lidských zdrojů. The subject of this dissertation thesis is human resource management in small and medium-sized enterprises, in the context of various internal and external conditions for their functioning. The main objective of this thesis is based on the identification and assessment of the current approaches of small and medium-sized enterprises to human resource management propose the model of human resource management in Czech small and medium-sized enterprises, including recommendations to improve the quality of human resource management.
