Práce pojednává o významu stravování v rámci korejské kultury a jeho význam a možné způsoby využití v cestovním ruchu. Každá národní gastronomie je něčím specifická a tyto specifika jsou zde také charakterizovány, jak z pohledu skladby stravy, tak z pohledu tradic a etikety stolování. My thesis is about Korean cuisine, its ingredients, preparation methods and also traditions connected with preparation and consumption of food. I'm describing the importance of gastronomy in Korean culture, but also its importance and possibilities in tourism.
