Práce představuje formy mezinárodního kapitálu a dále charakterizuje kapitálově náročné formy vstupu na zahraniční trhy. Podrobně se zabývá konkrétním příkladem společného podniku TPCA vytvořeného dvěma zahraničními automobilovými společnostmi v ČR. Práce zahrnuje analýzu, jak občané vnímají působení společnosti TPCA na Kolínsku. Jsou zde popsány její přínosy i negativa. The thesis presents forms of international capital and further characterizes capital intensive forms of entry into foreign markets. It deals in some details with a concrete example of the TPCA joint ventures, which was created by two foreign car producing companies in The Czech Republic. The thesis includes an analysis of how citizens feel the impacts of TPCA in Kolin. It describes its benefits and negatives.
