Cílem diplomové práce je analýza plnění požadavků normy ISO 14001 ve společnosti Spedos s.r.o. spolu s návrhem na zapracování chybějících požadavků. Teoretická část práce je naopak zaměřena na význam a vývoj ochrany životního prostředí jak z pohledu mezinárodního, tak z pohledu environmentálních aktivit České republiky. Následuje stručná charakteristika nástrojů ochrany životního prostředí. Závěrem teoretické části je popis normy ISO 14001, její působnost u nás a ve světě, zdůraznění hlavních přínosů, a srovnání s ostatními přístupy environmentálního managementu. The objective of the graduation theses is to analyze the fulfilment of international standards ISO 14001 requirements in the company Spedos s.r.o. together with the proposal of building up the missing requirements. Theoretical part focuses on the importance and development of international environment protection as well as of environmental activities in Czech Republic. Followed there is described a brief characteristics of environmental tools. The final section of theoretical part belongs to description of international standard ISO 14001, the international and domestic scope of the standard, emphasis of the benefits and comparison with another environmental management system approaches.
