Stěžejní záměr práce je popis a porovnání procesu získávání, výběr a adaptace pracovníků ve státním a soukromém sektoru. V teoretické části jsem popsala, jak by měl efektivně proces získávání, výběr a adaptace zaměstnanců probíhat. V aplikační části jsem představila organizační strukturu porovnávaných firem a celý proces. V rámci zpracování práce jsem odhalila několik nedostatků v obou organizacích a navrhla opatření k jejich zkvalitnění. The aim of the dissertation is description and comparision of recruitment, selection and adaptation of employees. The theoretical part of the theses includes the perfect proceeding of the process. In the application part of the theses I describe the structure of organizations and the whole proces in the organizations. I discovered some deficiencies and I suggested the solution how to make the process better in both organizations.
