Cílem práce bylo doplnit některé údaje týkající se umělé reprodukce tohoto druhu ryby. Zejména stanovit závislost intervalu latence na teplotě prostředí při použití jednorázové injikace hormonálního preparátu Ovopel. The purpose of the thesis was to complete some missing data concerning the artifical reproduction of this fish species. In particular, to analyze the dependence of the latency interval duration on temperature using a one-off injection of Ovopel hormone preparation.
