Tato diplomová práce pojednává souhrnně o externím a interním auditorovi. Nejprve se práce zaměřuje na charakteristiky osobnosti, po té na vzdělávání a výkon profese. Také je zde část věnovaná organizacím, které je sdružují. V závěru pak práce rozebírá jejich společné rysy a rozdíly. This diploma work treats about external and internal auditor in the complex. First of all it focuses on characteristics of personality, then on their education and practise of profession. There is also a part devoted to organizations which associate them. At the close it analyses their common features and differences.
