Tato diplomová práce se zabývá možností financování výstavby nových ubytovacích kapacit developerskými společnostmi, a to prostřednictvím strukturálních fondů Evropské unie. Cílem práce je představit vybraný fiktivní projekt cestovního ruchu, jehož výstavbu je možné realizovat za pomocí finančních nástrojů regionální politiky Evropské unie a následně tuto možnost spolufinancování prezentovat, a to prostřednictvím projektové dokumentace a uvedením podání žádosti příslušným orgánům. Práce si rovněž klade za cíl představit celý administrativní proces, který je nezbytné v této problematice absolvovat. V závěru práce je doporučeno podání žádosti o finanční prostředky, které plynou ze strukturálních fondů a je také zpracován návrh projektového dokumentu, který se k této žádosti přikládá. This thesis is concerned with the possibilities of financing the building of new accommodation capacities by development companies utilizing European union structure funds. The aim of this thesis is to introduce a fictional tourism project, which could be realized by financial instruments of european regional politics, and consequently to present this possibility of co-financing, concretely through project documentation and requisition of financing to competent authorities. Another aim of this thesis is also to introduce the administration procedures, which have to be undergone. In the end of the thesis is a recommendation to file for financial resources, which flow from the structure funds and the project proposal document enclosed to the requisition as well.
