Teoretická část práce se zabývá personální prací, její úlohou v organizaci a jednotlivými základními personálními činnostmi. Praktická část práce charakterizuje podnik a jeho personálních činnosti. Věnuje se základním informacím o společnosti, personální práci, její úloze v organizaci a personálním činnostem. Tyto činnosti práce zhodnocuje a v případě potřeby také navrhuje možnosti zlepšení. The theoretical part of the task focuses on personnel work, on its part in the company and on individual primary personnel activities. The practical part of the task characterises the company and its personnel activities. It focuses on essential information about the company, personnel work and its part in organisation and in personnel activities. It evaluates these activities and it suggests possible improvement if needed.
