Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na diagnostiku soustav finančních ukazatelů a aplikace vybraných modelů v podmínkách společnosti Student Agency s.r.o. Tato práce se v úvodní části zabývá charakteristikou jednotlivých bonitních a bankrotních modelů a popisem ukazatelů, potřebných pro jejich sestavení. V další části následuje aplikace Grünwaldova bonitního modelu s využitím dat Student Agency s.r.o a posouzení finančního zdraví firmy za období 2004-2007. Pro kontrolu zjištěných výsledků použijeme Altmanův bankrotní model, abychom zjistili pravděpodobnost úpadku společnosti, který ze zhoršujícího se finančního zdraví vyplývá. The bachelor thesis is focused on diagnostics of financial indicators and application of certain models on the Student Agency Ltd. The exordium of this thesis is concerned with characteristic of financial standing models and bankruptcy predicting models and detailed description of financial ratios which are needed for construction of these models. In the practical part, there follows Grünwald standing model using data of the Student Agency Ltd., which is applied to pass judgment on financial health in the period 2004 -- 2007. Altman bankruptcy model is applied to verify the probability of going bankrupt, because of significant decrease in financial health.
