Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat míru výskytu fenoménu non-compliance pro léčbu dospělých pacientů oddělení kardiologie Nemocnice v Českých Budějovicích. Informace pro zpracování práce jsem získala prostřednictvím anonymního dotazníku pro pacienty. V teoretické části se zabývám vysvětlením fenoménu non-compliance, hypertenze a také významu komunikace. V praktické části vyhodnocuji získané informace z dotazníků a následně ověřuji stanovené hypotézy. V závěru vlastními závěry hodnotím výsledky zkoumání. The aim of the bachelor work is to analyze the rate of occurrence of the non-compliance phenomenon in adult patients treated at the cardiology ward at the Hospital České Budějovice a.s. The information for processing the work I have obtained through an anonymous questionnaire to patients. In the theoretical part, there is explanation of the non compliance phenomenon, hypertension and the importance of communication. In the practical part, there is evaluation of the obtained information and verification of the set hypotheses. At the end, there is my own conclusion of the achieved results.
