Personality and personal data protection in employment law relationships This dissertation deals with the topic of personality and personal data protection in employment law relationships. This is a very topical subject, as the development of information technology has made it easier for employers to infringe on their employees' privacy. Today, the widespread use of information technology and the related process automation in the workplace makes it easy to monitor employee performance, to track when an employee takes a break and how long it lasts, to monitor how the employee cooperates with other employees, and how the employee uses entrusted resources. Apart from that, a new regulation on personal data protection has also recently contributed to the popularity of the topic: the adoption of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Although this regulation does not bring many new legal rules compared to the previous legislation, it severely and significantly toughens the penalties for violating the rules. Development of Motivation Program of Company

The main target of my master’s thesis was to design a motivation program for employees of a company. I focused on the range of employee benefits and personal needs of employees. I offered a low cost and administrative unexacting solution for providing employees benefits, which should motivate employees to stay in a company and encourage them to achieve and maintain a high standard of work. I hope, thanks to my thesis and all the calculations of necessary cost, that the company will finally understand that these benefits can reduce salary costs.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the motivation, and evaluation of employees in a particular enterprise. Theoretical part is focused on the description of the theoretical knowledge, which I use in the practical part. In practical part I am going to do analysis, which I will focuse on motivation and evaluation, so I will be able to evaluate current status of company. The conclusion includes suggestions that I recommend to improve the current system of remuneration in the company.

This master thesis focuses on the HR Policies of the Company, such as the recruitment of new employees and take care of present employees. The starting point of these procedures can be found in the theoretical part. The analytical part deals with the current state of the company's procedures which are targeted at high-risk fields. Recommendations concerning the progress of changes targeted at mitigation of risk are made in the last part of this thesis.

The theoretical part is dedicated to explanation of basic terms of this topic.In the practical part i tis focused on the concrete company mentioned above. It is analysed its methods of motivation and remuneration of employees. The aim of this diploma thesis is to detect actual motivational instruments of this company and examine its quality and utilization. The final part presents some suggestions in order to improve the actual processes that would lead to higher satisfatcion of the employees.
Prevention of Sexual Violence in Nightlife Setting: An Evaluation of the Nightlife Staff Training from the Trainees' Perspective

Background: The nightlife environment is a frequent place of the sexual violence. It happens mainly because of the atmosphere and environment in the clubs, which are sexualized and characterized by alcohol consumption or other psychoactive substances. In the Czech Republic, nobody has been systematically involved in the prevention of sexual violence by this time. Since the end of 2017, the Department of Addictology has become a partner of the project Stop-SV - Stop Sexual Violence, which is dedicated to staff training in the clubs. Aims: The primary aim is to evaluate the training program by the club staff who attended the Stop-SV training. Methodology: The thesis is based on qualitative research methodology. Respondents were selected as simple random sampling. The selection criterion was the condition of participation in the Stop-SV training as the club staff. The research sample consisted of 11 respondents - 5 women and 6 men, 28 years of average age and on the positions as bar staff, security, managers, nightlife service worker, DJ, photographer. The data were analyzed using open and axial coding methods of the grounded theory. Title: Human resources management in selected company Objectives: The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to determine crucial shortages of personnel management and subsequently creation of proposals for improvement of personnel management of the company Decathlon. Methods: In the work method of qualitative interview was used consulted with the HR manager Jiří Matějovský then the method of quantitative questionnaire with employees and also the method of document analysis. Results: The bachelor thesis determined crucial shortages of personnel management and consequently proposed measures for improvement in the area of leading employees owing to improvement of evaluation, control and remuneration. This bachelor thesis focuses on the satisfaction of employees in the selected company, namely MP Group Logistics Center, s. r. o. The work is divided into two parts. The first part of the work explains the concepts that affect employee satisfaction. The method that I carried out the practical part of the bachelor thesis is described below. The practical part describes the company that I have chosen and then the results of the questionnaire inquiry are listed. At the end of the work, these results are summarised. The outcome of the investigation was forwarded to the company management.
