Title: Human resources management in selected company Objectives: The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to determine crucial shortages of personnel management and subsequently creation of proposals for improvement of personnel management of the company Decathlon. Methods: In the work method of qualitative interview was used consulted with the HR manager Jiří Matějovský then the method of quantitative questionnaire with employees and also the method of document analysis. Results: The bachelor thesis determined crucial shortages of personnel management and consequently proposed measures for improvement in the area of leading employees owing to improvement of evaluation, control and remuneration. Analýza ziskovosti vybraného zemědělského subjektu - ZD Strmilov

The subject of the thesis "Analysis of the profitability of a selected agricultural entity - ZD Strmilov" is the elaboration of a real analysis of the profitability of a functioning small agricultural enterprise. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts, the first of which is a theoretical part, which focuses on the general characteristics of a small business and its economic use,with an explanation of its establishment. The second, practical part, provides a realistic analysis of the profitability of an existing small farm with the production of agricultural commodities. In conclusion, the work is completed with supplements, which can contribute in the future to increasing the profitability of a small agricultural enterprise and its further development.
The remuneration system and productivity of human resources in a company
The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the current system of remuneration and productivity of human resources in a company. Furthermore, measures are proposed to improve the current situation based on the data obtained. In the first part of the thesis, on the basis of secondary data, it defines the remuneration system, total reward and remuneration strategy. Then the thesis focuses on wage forms and employee benefits. The next section describes the factors affecting productivity, its types and measurements. In the last part it examines human resources management, defining its basic concepts, functions and strategies. Production plant called Mektec Manufacturing Corporation Europe CZ s.r.o. operating in České Budějovice has been selected for the processing of the second part. At first there is the characterisation of the company in general. Furthermore, the thesis pays attention to the applied remuneration system and internal productivity measurement. The necessary information was obtained on the website and personal consultation with the company's employees. Subsequently, an analysis of work productivity in the period from 2012 to 2017 is performed using formulas based on value added and revenues of products and services. The next part deals with the relationship of the development of personal and total costs and the comparison of labor productivity development with the growth rate of personnel costs. Finally, based on the analysis of the labor productivity and the actual remuneration model recommendations have been articulated suggesting how to develop an improved remuneration model.
Contracts used in a Small and Medium-sized Enterprise

The thesis is directed to the analysis of contracts used in a small and medium-sized enterprise, also characterizes this small and medium-sized enterprise, and describes various types of contracts, which enterprises use in concluding contractual obligations. It focuses for example on a contract of purchase, a contract of the work, a leasehold contract, a leasing contract or on a competitive tendering for a public procurement and defines rights and obligations for these individual contracts. It confirms or refutes determined hypotheses and describes meaning and structure of the most used contracts in enterprises. As well as it seeks, which of contracts is the most used in a small and medium-sized enterprise and to describes it. As an instrument for getting information, the work uses a questionnaire and an interview. The work proves that the contracts are an integral part of business world.
Applying the principles of management in the selected organization
The aim of this thesis is to analyze selected principles of management of Bata company and to compare it with current principles of management in selected company. Based on the analysis, there are introduced suggestions for improvement of the principles of management applied so far in order to improve business performance in selected areas, which are retail and human resources.
Employee Development in a Chosen Enterprise
This thesis deals with an employee development in the chosen enterprise ČSOB, a. s. Its goal is the analysis of employees education system and proposal of possible changes to improve and streamline this system. There is described education and the development of employees and systematic cycle of education following by the ČSOB, a. s. where a research is implemented. The thesis presents a description of education system and the development of employees from data obtained from personnel department and also contains a questionnaire investigation which is gained from enterprise employees. The results are presented in a form of graphical and tabular outputs. Researching and comparing all acquired information is processed in the suggestion on improving employees education system.

The aim of the dissertation is to monitor the process of information system implementation and its impact on the changes in the organizational structure and in strategic goals. Achieving this task is based on monitoring and evaluating the process of implementing the information system, on monitoring its impact on factors which affect the necessary changes in the organizational structure of enterprises and affect the strategic objectives of the enterprise. The data will be obtained on the basis of scientific methods designed for this purpose and they will be divided into parts of a questionnaire survey and of a managed interview. Within the framework of the questionnaire, the entire process will be evaluated in three dimensions: level of management, user level and the process level. The result of the dissertation will be either a confirmation or a refutation of the hypothesis related to the impact of IS implementation on the strategic objectives and on the organizational structure of the company. On this basis a defined procedure will be created for the implementation of information system monitoring and regulating changes in the strategic objectives and in the organizational structure. This procedure can serve as a guide for general use within companies, and on the basis of its results a decision will be made as to whether it is possible to use it in practice.
LOGI - Logistic method for SMEs in culture (museums and libraries)

Hlavním cílem metodiky je přínos k úsporám času a k hospodárnosti prostřednictvím řešení logistických problémů v rámci vlastní nezávislé činnosti subjektů sektoru kultury. Metodika je prvé řadě vedena snahou pomoci v řešení aktuálních logistických problémů těm subjektům kultury, pro něž tyto problémy nemají v rámci jejich vlastní nezávislé činnosti marginální postavení. Dílčím cílem metodiky je zvýšení úspěšnosti projektů, a to jejím využitím při přípravě kroků, jež předcházejí podání projektů, anebo budou následovat po jejich udělení, a prokazatelně vedly nebo povedou k lepšímu hospodaření se získanými prostředky. Zřizovatelům může metodika sloužit k podpoře kontroly racionality procesů probíhajících v těchto organizacích.

Impact of the company's allocation to optimize its operation using the principles of facility management

A number of partial restructuring measures are offered to optimize business operation to improve its efficiency and performance. The structure inside the company is one of the most important tools for managing its performance and its correct definition, and a proper and meaningful distribution can play a key role in the competitive environment. In many cases, the requirement for optimization of operation will arise from the requirements of facility management, and therefore restructuring measures relating to organizational changes should be implemented with respect to the principles of facility management or should be based on its optimization. This thesis presents the impact of restructuring measures by centralizing of divisions on optimizing its operation with respect to the facility management. The aim of the dissertation is to evaluate the organizational change in the company with several divisions, taking into account the principles of facility management. The result of this thesis are the methodical recommendations during the establishment and evaluation of the division´s centralization in the company. It is based on the findings from the literature review and the real change in the building company.

The Master´s thesis, which i worked on the topic "Risk management in a selected business entity" analyzes situation of the company in the internal and external surroundings and evaluates the identified risks, proposes measures and recommendations for the selected business entity. The theoretical part describes basic concepts and methods of risk management, strategic analyzes identifying the company on the market as well as information system and business processes. The practical part follows the theoretical knowledge and identifies the weakest part of the business where risk management is needed which are subsequently applied. The output of the thesis is the draft of measures and recommendations for the selected business entity.
