Mobile Application for Conferies of Scientific Conferences

The goal of this text was to implement a mobile application for attendees of technology conferences. While creating the concept the user experience was highly emphasized and after doing the market research there were couple of surveys and discussions with potential users, that often attends those conferences. Resulting application got positive feedback about its UI/UX qualities and was marked as 8.3 out of 10 in these regards. Application was updated according to the concerns that users provided in feedback tests. In the end there were suggested additional improvements to the application, that would enhance user experience at the conference even more.

Diploma thesis deals with the creation of a real business plan that offers zero waste products in the city of Topoľčany, Slovakia. The theoretical part focuses on the main idea of the business plan, including a description of used analytical-research methods that aims at the planning and the structured content of the business plan. The analytical part contains particular outputs of processed analyses and research, based on which the most suitable strategy for a starting company is then selected. The last part of the diploma thesis elaborates on the selected strategy into particular structure parts of the business plan
Marketing Mix of a Selected Engineering Company on B2B Market in Russia

This diploma thesis is focused on marketing mix of a concrete company, which is operating in international environment. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The theoretical part describes basic concepts related to the topic. The analalytical part of the thesis focuses on the business environment of company Dieffenbacher CZ, assuming its future expansion to Russian market, while the results obtained are further summarized in SWOT analysis. The practical part offers proposals and recommendations from the perstective of marketing mix for successful entry of a selected engineering company to Russian market based on the findings from the complied analyses and theoretical concepts.

Title: Attendance at home matches of FK Dukla Praha Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to find ways of improving attendance at home matches of FK Dukla Praha based on data from marketing research. The goal of the thesis is designed in collaboration with FK Dukla Praha in a way that would provide them valuable data about their fans and their satisfaction with offered services. Methods: The method used in this thesis is marketing research. Its main part was made up of electronic survey using a questionnaire created specifically for the purposes of this thesis. The survey was supplemented by a semi-structured interview with a member of marketing team of FK Dukla Praha. Results: The results of this research revealed a few options that would lead to increase in attendance at home matches of FK Dukla Praha. This bachelor´s thesis is concerned with the analysis of customer satisfaction of the restaurant Plzeňský dvůr. In the theoretical part it is concerned with the explanation of the fundamental terms which connect with these problems and methods of satisfaction recognition. In the practical part there is customer satisfaction determined by marketing research, which is based on enquiries through questionnaires. The result of this work is out put in the form of suggestions and recommendations, which should lead to an increase in the present level of customer satisfaction.

The thesis is based on the theoretical background describing current forms of sales with focus on the main idea of the plan, creation of a business model, structure of a business plan, especially analytical-research methods, which are used in the following up analytical part of the thesis. The proposal part follows the results of the analyzes and describes the strategy of the start-up, its connection to the created business model, which is further elaborated into partial parts of the business plan.

The second part deals with analytical methods mentioned. Based on these methods, appropriate and most suitable strategy is implemented. Bachelor thesis is divided into three parts. The first part serves as a theoretical introduction to the topics marketing, production and innovation. The second part describes the company background and analyzes the current production process. New spindle design according to the customer's wish along with the solution's evaluation will be presented at the end of the thesis.

The aim of the bachelor´s thesis is to develop a business plan for a new company in the field of services, which will be used to obtain a loan for the project implementation. The new company is a café in combination with a wine bar and therefore a great emphasis is placed on market research in the field of tourism and services in general. As the company will be located in České Budějovice, an analysis of the conditions of the external and internal environment of the region is very important. The work also deals with marketing processes in order to ensure the future competitiveness of the company. The thesis is supported by several analyses, such as The Five Forces or calculations such as profitability of the company, overview of assets and its coverage and calculation.
