Attendance at home matches of FK Dukla Praha

Title: Attendance at home matches of FK Dukla Praha Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to find ways of improving attendance at home matches of FK Dukla Praha based on data from marketing research. The goal of the thesis is designed in collaboration with FK Dukla Praha in a way that would provide them valuable data about their fans and their satisfaction with offered services. Methods: The method used in this thesis is marketing research. Its main part was made up of electronic survey using a questionnaire created specifically for the purposes of this thesis. The survey was supplemented by a semi-structured interview with a member of marketing team of FK Dukla Praha. Results: The results of this research revealed a few options that would lead to increase in attendance at home matches of FK Dukla Praha. Those options are mainly improving the services offered, adapting to fans and special offers. Keywords: football, spectators, fans, stadium, market research

This bachelor´s thesis is concerned with the analysis of customer satisfaction of the restaurant Plzeňský dvůr. In the theoretical part it is concerned with the explanation of the fundamental terms which connect with these problems and methods of satisfaction recognition. In the practical part there is customer satisfaction determined by marketing research, which is based on enquiries through questionnaires. The result of this work is out put in the form of suggestions and recommendations, which should lead to an increase in the present level of customer satisfaction.

The thesis deals with the creation of a real business plan for establishing a company offering a pop-up store service in the city center of Brno. The thesis is based on the theoretical background describing current forms of sales with focus on the main idea of the plan, creation of a business model, structure of a business plan, especially analytical-research methods, which are used in the following up analytical part of the thesis. The proposal part follows the results of the analyzes and describes the strategy of the start-up, its connection to the created business model, which is further elaborated into partial parts of the business plan.

The diploma thesis deals with the business plan for establishing a beer bar with Belgian specials in Olomouc. The first part describes the theoretical basis of the work. It is focused on the description of the business idea, methods used for analytical research of the business surroundings, and the structure of the business plan itself. The second part deals with analytical methods mentioned. Based on these methods, appropriate and most suitable strategy is implemented. The third part of the thesis contains a comprehensive elaboration of the business plan, which follows the choice of strategies for this business.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the production and innovation process of the spindle from the current product portfolio of the engineering company TOS KUŘIM – OS, a.s. in order to increase machine utilization and satisfy demand. Bachelor thesis is divided into three parts. The first part serves as a theoretical introduction to the topics marketing, production and innovation. The second part describes the company background and analyzes the current production process. New spindle design according to the customer's wish along with the solution's evaluation will be presented at the end of the thesis.

The diploma thesis deals with a proposal of business development of the company DOMESTAV PLUS s.r.o., which deals with the production of modular wooden buildings. The theoretical part contains defining the terms connected with the intra-community market, the conditions for entering this market and description of selected analyses of company’s external and internal environment. These analyses are applied in the practical part as basis for the proposal of an appropriate strategy for the development, consisting in the expansion of the company into the intra-community market. On the basis of the results of the analyzes is made the proposal of changes, which leads to increased competitiveness and improvement of the company's economic situation. The proposal part also deals with identification of the risks associated with the implementation of this change.
