Case study: gender audit of a higher level territorial self-governing unit of the Czech Republic

The presented thesis is a case study that explores the findings of a gender (equality) and work- life balance audit of Krajský úřad Kraje Vysočina (The Regional Authority of the Vysočina Region). The thesis presents the auditor's report along with further glossary of the audit process and poses the question whether the audit truly focuses on equality or whether it is more of a human resources management tool that serves to better the organization's internal processes.
Remuneration of teachers in preprimary education

The aim of my thesis is the remuneration of teaching staff in pre-primary education. Remuneration is a part of personnel activities in the organization, so in the introduction of the theoretical part I deal with the general definition of basic terms relating to human resources and personnel work in organizations and here I outline the development and changes in human resources. In the next part of the theory I devote myself mainly to the most important personnel activity, which is remuneration. In addition to describing the basic concepts, the individual forms of remuneration are characterized in detail, both financial and non-financial. In my diploma thesis I deal with them more specifically at the level of pre-primary education and I also describe here the personal activities of the headmistress in kindergarten. The final part deals with the research, whose aim was to map the situation in the area of remuneration and subsequent satisfaction with remuneration, financial and non-financial. The survey was conducted in the form of questionnaires for teaching staff and interviews with two headmistress of kindergartens. This work deals with electronic document management systems (EDMS) from the perspective of selected knowledge areas of project management processes. The aim of this thesis was to create an EDM system based on an appropriately selected EDM model, which would assist in the management of documents that arise during management processes in selected areas of project management (quality, human resources and communication within the project) with the possibility of extending to other knowledge areas.
Proposal for Changes of Human Resource Management in a Company

This diploma thesis deals with human resources management in a selected company with an emphasis on revealing deficiencies in the analyzed area of management and suggesting possible improvements. The main objective of the thesis is to analyze human resources management in a particular company, to reveal the strengths and weaknesses of this system and then to propose real improvements. The subject of this diploma thesis is the human resource management system of selected company. The object of the research is an anonymous company. The diploma thesis is divided into three main parts. In the first part of the thesis based on the theoretical backgrounds in human resources management and personnel management the basic concepts were formulated and defined as the main pillars of the research. The second analytical part is devoted to the results of research conducted in the company and, in particular, to direct interviewing methods through structured interviews, questionnaires and workshop prepared with external company. The third, final part brings suggestions and therefore presents the strengths and weaknesses of the human resources management system described in the previous section and provides recommendations on how to improve it. At the end of the thesis, the most important research findings are presented.

Analysis of Human Resource Performance, Measurement and Planning in a Selected Company

The diploma thesis is focused on the use of personal resources in the team Support of applications belonging under the Service Desk in a selected company. The task is to analyze the current state and to propose how to extend a report on a quality and demanding requirements of selected applications. The thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical and methodological part, where basic information on human resources and their management is presented, and an application part where the selected company is presented and analyzed the current state of utilization of human resources. The comparison between the data from the report and the facts is based on observations and interviews with employees. Benefits of this work are better data in the reports, which determine the possibility of acquiring human resources to the team. In the future, the information obtained will serve as a basis for setting up effective workflow management in the new system. At the end of the thesis, an overall evaluation of the thesis is made, the solution and the prediction of the further development of the human resources utilization in the selected team are proposed.
Optimization of Recruitment Processes and Adapting Employees in the Selected Company

The aim of the thesis is to give proposals to optimize recruitment process and the subsequent adaptation of new employees in the organization and to make them more efficient. The research will be carried out through a questionnaire survey with in-house staff and a structured interview with superiors and management. Based on the results found, changes will be proposed to improve the aforementioned business processes.

This Master thesis deals with the system of remuneration of employees in the selected company. The theoretical part of the work describes the basic concepts and knowledge of the issue. In the analytical part of the thesis, an analysis of the current state of the problem and an evaluation of internal and external factors influencing the remuneration system in the selected company were made. Based on the results of the analysis, the company has received suggestions to enhance the remuneration system that should improve the current situation.

The aim of the thesis is to propose changes to improve and streamline human resources management in the area of employee turnover in selected organization in connection with the analysis, evaluation and management of this area. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, the literature search is based on the study of literature, professional articles and internet resources that focus on the issue. Specifically, it is the fluctuation of employees with a focus on its theoretical definition and context, including the relationship with job satisfaction. The following practical part deals with the analysis of employee turnover in the selected organization. First, an organization is introduced and then two analyzes are performed. The first one is the analysis of employee turnover according to selected indicators and the second one is the analysis of job satisfaction in relation to employee turnover. Based on these analyzes, suggestions for improving the area are proposed.
