The Bachelor‘s thesis deals with the issue of labor-law relation in selected company. In the theoretical part are explained concepts, which relate labor law relations from a juristic, fiscal and economic point of view. Based on the analysis of the company‘s actual situation are suggested some solutions, which direct to wage costs optimization and hiring new employees.

Using the questionnaire supplemented with interviews, which is examining the causes of the high turnover of new employees. Based on the findings and theories the improvements are suggested. This aims to promote further development a company and help eliminate turnover.
