Improvement of manufacturing technology of flange

This diploma thesis focuses on improvement of the existing technology of the flange part in cooperation with the company Znojemské strojírny, s r.o. The theoretical part describes the technologies used in machining of the component. Subsequently, cutting materials and aluminum alloys are dealt with. A detailed analysis of the existing technology is performed in the practical part of the thesis followed by rationalization of the production process, which was carried out with respect to time and financial savings. A new technological procedure is developed after the improvement of the current production process. Finally, a technical-economic evaluation of the design improvement process is carried out.
Efficiency Improvement Proposal of Production of Engineering Component

The master's thesis deals with the proposal of more effective production of a part. The theoretical part describes the technology of milling and drilling and the practical part focuses on the analysis of the current part production technology and the consumption of the machining time as assessment of the current machining process efficiency. The next part contains characteristics of the innovative technology, used tools and fixtures. In the conclusion both variants of production, the comparison of consumed machine time and production costs are evaluated.
Proposal of production technology for a machine part using a drilling jig

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to characterize the selected component, to evaluate the technological design. Further the drilling jig is designed and economical assessment is done. The first part of the thesis deals with the technological assessment of the production of drilling parts and structures. This is followed by familiarization with the technologies used in drilling and component manufacturing. Next sections summarize the rules for the construction of the products and their division. Conclusion of the thesis is devoted to the economic assessment.

In the first part there is defined a CNC milling machine and there is a search in the area of small CNC milling machines that are present on the market. This bachelor thesis deals with tools for drilling deep holes. The first part is focused on the basic description of the drilling process, sorting the tools according to their construction and last but not least, sorting of the systems used for deep drilling. In the theses is further elaborated an overview of materials for the production of cutting tools and ways of coating, which are used the most nowadays. There is a constant development in coating, because of the better mechanical, physical and chemical properties in this field. The last part is dedicated to the definition of the tools for deep drilling and their use in practice.
