My bachelor thesis focuses on analyzing and evaluating the marketing communication of OMAP finanční skupina, a.s. company. In the first part I will explain the theory of the marketing mix and the marketing communication problem, such as the basic concepts of marketing or theory of analysis. In the second part I will focus on the analysis of the current situation and then I will focus on the concrete solutions for improving the marketing comunication of the OMAP financial group, a.s. company.

These models are able to evaluate quality of customers through their attributes. Based on these calculations, they are classified into several price categories which differ in margin.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the process management of the order in the company Slévárna a modelárna Nové Ransko, s.r.o. This company focuses on the production of castings from cast iron, aluminum alloys and copper alloys. It also owns specialized workplaces for heat treatment, machining of castings and surface treatment of cast iron castings. The first part of the bachelor's thesis presents the theoretical background, which approaches the issues addressed in the analytical part. In the analytical part, the company is introduced from a general point of view, its history is briefly described and the activity of process management of the order is described from receipt, through production to the dispatch of the final casting to the customer. The last part contains suggestions for optimizing the activities of the process management of the order with regard to delivery dates.
