Marketing Plan of Fitness and Wellness Center - Fit Effect

Title: Marketing plan of fitness and wellness center Fit Effect. Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to perform a situational analysis of the marketing plan of fitness and wellness center Fit Effect and to propose measures for improvement in the following years. Furthermore, use the analysis to identify weaknesses in the activities of fitness and wellness center and make suggestions for improvement in certain areas. Methods: Document analysis was used to obtain secondary data from internal and external sources. Porter's five forces model was used for micro-environment analysis. PEST analysis was used for macro-environment analysis. The competition analysis was performed by comparing fitness centers according to selected criteria around Fit Effect. Results: Porter's five forces model revealed the driving forces in the industry affecting club activity. As a result, the threats identified are substitutes, the bargaining power of customers and the competition from businesses in the industry. Opportunity is a challenging market for the entry of new competitors and the bargaining power of subordinate suppliers. The thesis is dedicated to the marketing mix. The theoretical part provides the definition of the significance of marketing and the market environment of the company. Furthermore, it also explains the related analyses, such as the SLEPT analysis and the SWOT analysis. The analytical part of the thesis then focuses on the description of the marketing mix that the company currently applies. In addition, the analytical part also contains analyses of the current state. The proposal part is focused on launching a new product on the market. It contains marketing mix proposals related to the new product.

The subject of my bachelor thesis is the development of a real business plan for setting up an experience café with a nail studio. The thesis consists of a theoretical part, where I define the legal forms of entrepreneurship and business plan, which contains a plan of production, marketing and financial analysis. In the next chapter I focus on the practical part of the business plan, where the production, marketing and financial plan is drawn up. The aim is to find out real facts and details about the very establishment of a café.

Title: Marketing plan of a non-profit organization Sporťáček. Objectives: The goal of this bachelor work is to create a marketing plan that could be used as a guide for marketing activities of the organization in the year 2018. Another goal is to find out via analysis, where the deficits of currently used marketing activities are and what needs to be achieved in the following year. Next step is to suggest new strategies, which would fulfil stated marketing goals. Methods: Document analysis and participated observations were used for getting secondary data. The PEST analysis was carried out by evaluating the probability of impact and occurrence of the chosen factors. The competition analysis was based on comparison according to particular criteria. Results: The PEST analysis answered questions such as which external global aspects influence the company the most at this moment and also predicted their future development. The competition analysis showed, that the biggest threat for the organization are local organizers of events with the same purpose and same location of the event. Their advantage is a bigger support from the local sports clubs and also from local governments. Methodical part deals with a primary marketing research. The main purpose of the thesis is to evaluate the feasibility and the viability of the project.

Participant loyalty and satisfaction with services offered on Street Dance Kemp Goal: Main goal of this thesis is to find a relationship between participant loyalty and satisfaction with services offered on Street Dance Kemp. Methods: In this thesis is used questionnaire and structured interview for obtaining data about participant satisfaction with services offered and about their loyalty to the event. Will be also examined the available competition in dance camps in Europe. To find a relationship between participant loyalty and satisfaction is used statistical method Kruskal-Wallis non-parametrical ANOVA. Results: Main result of this thesis is evaluation of the relationship between participant loyalty and satisfaction and future possible improvement of the services in order to get more loyal participants. This diploma thesis deals with the use of Competitive Intelligence methods in the case of a particular company. The aim of the thesis is to improve the current process of obtaining information about competition and its use in strategic decision making of the company management using CI methods. The first part of the thesis analyzes the current situation of XYZ Company and defines the problem for the subsequent solution. The next part deals with general theoretical assumptions and introduction of different methods and approaches to solution. Then follows the application part of the work in which it applies the selected Competitive Intelligence method to the needs of the company. In conclusion, the final proposal for the solution of the problem is evaluated and there are presented the benefits that this implementation brought to the company.
