Surrogate Motherhood - Comparison of the Legislation in the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany
Kratochvílová, Johana ; Frinta, Ondřej (advisor) ; Thöndel, Alexandr (referee)
The main subject of this master thesis is the issue of surrogacy in the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany. At the beginning, this thesis aspires to define the term surrogacy in general as well as other connected terminology, and subsequently to specify its categories and describe its major historic milestones. Afterwards, it deals with the rather brief Czech legislation concerning this institute and the consequences this has inevitably led to. It also concentrates on the methods of the assisted reproduction which help to put the surrogate motherhood into practice. This thesis does include ethical problems of surrogacy and some of the psychological and sociological aspects as well. Consequently, it summarizes sanctions which may arose as a result of surrogacy. After that, it explains the legislation related to this issue in the Federal Republic of Germany, its history and legal limits. It deals with the German sanctions which the realization as well as mere arrangement may be subjected to. It examines the standpoint of the German legislator regarding the right of a child to know his or her origin including its consequences, such as non-anonymous sperm donation and obligation of the legal parents to undergo a DNA test. It describes most recent demands of the society regarding the new...
Warming-up and toning in foolball
Slicho, Tomáš ; Jebavý, Radim (advisor) ; Hojka, Vladimír (referee)
Title: Warming-up and toning in football Objectives: The aim of this work is to compare two types of warming-up by footballers. I assume, that the players will have statistically more significant differences after the toning warming-up, than after the static variant. Methods: The research set consists of 17 elite players in the category of U15, who passed four tests by two selected types of warming-ups during a total of three trainings in a field training experiment. In the result part we used the method of analysis to analyze the results of all tests. We used the comparison when comparing the test results after two different types of warming-ups. The measured values were processed by using basic mathematical-statistical methods. Results: The results provide information on the efficiency and difference of toning and static warming-up based on the obtained values of the performed tests. The values of the players in the tests after the toning warming-up were better by 19.1% than after the static variant. The first hypothesis was thus confirmed. The other two were disproved. Summary: We found that toning warming-up has a statistically more significant effect on the results of the tests of football players than the static variant. Keywords: training, testing, analysis, comparison, field training experiment

Slabý, Jiří ; Vaňková, Petra (advisor) ; Leipert, Jiří (referee)
TITLE: Use of Software Tools for Teamwork at School AUTHOR: Jiří Slabý DEPARTMENT: Department of Information Technology and Education SUPERVISOR: PhDr. Petra Vaňková, Ph.D. ABSTRACT: The work is focused on software tools for teamwork including comparison and deployment in a pilot solution in a particular high school. By conducting searches in literature and Internet resources related to the given topic, basic concepts related to teamwork are described and activities that take place within the scope of teamwork are outlined. Software tools for teamwork are analyzed, suitable selection criteria and their weights are set, and a comparison of selected software tools is performed using multiple-criteria analysis. The aim is to choose a suitable tool for teamwork and to propose its use in a particular school. Based on the results of the comparison, the Microsoft Teams team collaboration tool is selected and deployed because it matches the needs of a particular school in the best way. The benefit of this work is an overview and comparison of tools that enable teamwork and communication; the proposed scenarios and practical use of software team tools at school are beneficial, too. Another benefit of the work lies in describing how to deploy the selected Microsoft Teams tool. The thesis work summarizes...

Comparison of Link-State Routing Protocols
Zavřel, Jan ; Marek, Marcel (referee) ; Veselý, Vladimír (advisor)
This thesis deals with a comparison of two dynamic link-state routing protocols OSPF and IS-IS. These protocols are used to route within one autonomous system under control of one administrative entity. They are similar in theory but IS-IS seems to be much more popular in large topologies in practice. Goal of this thesis is to figure out how their properties and features manifest on given topologies on real routers and in simulations. Simulations are realized in discrete simulator OMNeT++ and real topologies are built with Cisco devices. Primary measured parameters are speed of convergence, bandwidth usage and message order. The simulation result may be affected by their implementation in INET and ANSAINET frameworks. Implementation properties of OSPF and IS-IS on Cisco devices are compared to their simulated counterparts in order to verify functionality of the simulation models.
