Efficiency of teaching Old Czech and Moravian Tales by method of Structured Drama comparing with efficiency of frontal teaching.

The diploma thesis compares the efficiency of teaching Old Czech and Moravian Tales by method of structured drama comparing with the efficiency of frontal teaching of the same topic. The research aim is focused on the comparison of learning results of pupils who were taught by the method of structured drama with the results of pupils who were taught by the method of frontal teaching. Furthermore, the diploma thesis finds out if structured drama helps pupils to better understand the negotiation of other people. The theoretical part includes the definition of drama education, the goals of drama education, the principles of drama education, a description of drama education as a method of teaching, and evaluation in drama education. The main focus from the methods and techniques of drama education is on structured drama. The theoretical part is also dedicated to frontal teaching - it is basic characteristics, a brief history, frontal teaching in modern schools, plus the advantages and disadvantages of frontal teaching. The conclusion of the theoretical part is devoted to the comparison of drama education with frontal teaching. A diploma thesis is concerned with research. The research is focused on compare of effectiveness and differences of two opposite techniques, which are using in school environment. Methods and techniques of drama in contrast of classics method of frontal teaching. A primary aim of diploma thesis is finding out, if these particular methods has got influences for better or worst understanding and remembering subject matter and how big are these influences. The diploma thesis is divided on two parts. First is theoretics and second is practice's part. Theoretics part is making efforts to sketch these problematics of technical viewpoint. It is working mainly with specialized literature. Theoretics part is creating foundations for practices part. Practice's part is asking about research questions first and choosing explorative methods for research. Like research method is selecting of analysis of tests from children from both of classes. The present diploma thesis deals with the life and compositional style of M. P. Mussorgsky and the generation of The Five. Subsequently, it focuses on the analysis of Mussorgsky's piano work Pictures at an Exhibition, the circumstances of its origin and its sources of inspiration. In the section devoted to the interpretation concept, this thesis aims to analyze and then compare two selected piano performances of Pictures at an Exhibition, namely the ones by E. Kissin and K. Buniatishvili, on the basis of which it will point out specific features of the concept and way of playing of each of these pianists.

Comparison of legislation concerning criminal liability of legal entities in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic Abstract This master thesis deals with a very recent phenomenon of criminal liability of legal entities. Its recent implementation into national legislation of the Czech and the Slovak Republic provides evidence of its current relevance, which is followed by relentless criticism, lack of clarity and application difficulties confirms its currency. Nevertheless, discourse about its implementation by legislations of various countries around the globe can be seen in ancient history. Therefore, the first part of this thesis deals with the introduction of historical background and analyses in detail the development of this doctrine. Furthermore, it also examines the development of international discussion and lays down several international legal documents which serve either as recommendations or impose obligation onto the parties to introduce proper liability of legal entities. Comparison of party system development in Czechk republic and in Slovak republic.

The master thesis "Comparison of the development of party systems in the Czech Republic and in the Slovak Republic in 2010-2020" is focused on the analysis of the development of the Czech and Slovak party system in the years 2010-2020 and their mutual comparison. So the milestone for the analysis was the years 2010-2020. During this period there were fundamental changes in the Czech and Slovak party systems, which was the main reason for choosing this topic. The individual periods of development of both party systems will be defined by parliamentary elections to the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic and to the National Council of the Slovak Republic. The analysis is based on the methods mentioned in the theoretical part of the work and on the classical typologies of party systems of M. Duverger, J. Blondel and G. Sartori. In the analysis itself, electoral statistics, surveys of electoral preferences and media sources are largely used. Among the main criteria for the analysis, the number and size of political parties and their relevance were determined. The relevance means the determination of coalition or blackmail potential. ICT in Primary Education in the Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland and Ireland

The thesis deals with differences in access to ICT in primary education in the Czech Republic and in three European countries: Estonia, Finland and Ireland. Using the method of content analysis of the text in a non-quantitative way on the basis of ten set themes, it analyses and compares national strategic and curriculum documents for primary education (ISCED 1 and 2 levels). The aim is to analyse and compare the national strategies for the inclusion of ICT in primary education in the countries, its anchoring in the curriculum of each country, as well as teacher training strategies in the field of ICT. Quantitative methods are also used in the analysis and comparison as appropriate to a basic and limited extent. Local curriculum implementations (i.e. school curricula) are not dealt with. The results show significant variations in the scope and detail of the formulation of strategic objectives in the relevant documents, as well as significant variations in the conception of ICT in individual curriculum documents. Photography of Modern Performing Arts: LARP

The objective of this bachelor thesis is to create a photo essay on the subject of modern performative art called larp. The word larp itself was formed by combining words live, action, role and playing and it is an alternative to theater and film where the actors play roles only for themselves, not for the audience. The practical part of this thesis documents the preparation, organization and the course of larp events. The theoretical part of the work briefly introduces the genre of photography of performative art, especially theater and film photography. Furthermore, this work compares these genres with the photographed theme and describes their common and different elements. This thesis also briefly deals with the history of larp as a socio-artistic phenomenon of the 21st century.
