Mathematical models in strategic decision-making
Khýr, Lukáš ; Popela, Pavel (referee) ; Pavlas, Martin (advisor)
This master thesis deals with various mathematical models, which can be used for designing the location of collection points for various fractions of municipal waste with consideration of walking distance, economic demands and utilization of allocated capacities. Scripts for generating input datasets for applied models from basic input data, which are address points with population and GPS coordinates, is also included in the thesis. The model was implemented in GAMS and the script was written in VBA in Microsoft Excel. Model was used in case study. Results of single and multi-criteria approaches are analyzed and compared.
Case Study Comparing Model-Driven Approaches to Software Design
Osadský, Lukáš ; Smrčka, Aleš (referee) ; Kočí, Radek (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with various approaches to software design and its implementation. The main goal of this thesis is to compare the classical approach of software development to an alternate approach called Model-Driven Engineering (MDE), which is based on abstract models transformations. These two approaches are then demonstrated on a case study of simple conference review system. At the end of the work, the possibilities and limitations of MDE techniques are discussed.

Title of bachelor's thesis: A case report of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after surgery for subtrochanteric chondrosarcoma. Objectives: The objective of this thesis is a collection of theoretical and practical knowledge about chondrosarcoma and their application to a case study of patient, who is two years after the operation of chondrosarcoma on the proximal femur, where they have used a graft from the fibula bone on the right leg. Summary: The bachelor's thesis is split into two sections: general section and a specific section. The general section describes the pathophysiology of overall tumours and then in each part the topic is narrowed down to just chondrosarcomas. It gives information about the epidemiology, etiologic, classification and clinical picture of a patient with chondrosarcoma. Also it describes a way to prevent, cure and a following rehabilitation. The specific section contains a case study of a patient, who suffered this illness and it has been two years after the operation. The sections include the input and output kinesiology analysis, short-term and long-term plan of a therapy, the design of the therapy, the description of course of individual therapeutic units and a final evaluation of the effect of the therapy. Conclusion: The patient has successfully got rid of acute...

The case study is based on the theroretical information described in the first part of this thesis. Methods: The case study of particular pacient consists of complex kinesiologic examination at the begining and in the end as well, furthermore, it consists of short-term and long-term physiotherapeutical plan and eight therapeutic units. Finally there is an evaluation of the effects of the therapy. The case study itself was made during practise in the Military Hospital in Prague from 21st January 2020 to 30th January 2020. Results: Patient's range of motion (knee flexion) improved. Muscle strength of hip flexors and knee extensors improved as well. Overall, muscle balance surrounding the knee got better after completing all eight therapies. Keywords: knee joint, total endoprothesis, gonarthrosis, physiotherapy, case study, alloplasty
Case Study of Physiotherapy Care of Patient after arthroscopic surgery of shoulder joint and SLAP suture
Sechterová, Hana ; Stupková, Michaela (advisor) ; Kučerová, Ilona (referee)
Author: Hana Sechterová Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Care of Patient after arthroscopic surgery of shoulder joint and SLAP suture. Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis was to process patient case histories. Patient was a man 37 years old with SLAP lesion type 2 after arthroscopic surgery a SLAP suture. General part: General part is focused on anatomy and kinesiology of the shoulder girdle. Emphasis on muscles stabilizing shoulder joint and muscles of shoulder blade and their function in relationship to SLAP lesions. Given are etiology, classification, diagnostic methods, surgery methods, postoperative rehabilitation. Special part: This part is a case report of a patient after arthroscopy operation and SLAP suture. It was developed on the basis of therapeutic units, which were conducted at Inpatient rehabilitation ward from 22.1.2020 to 3.2.2020. Results: During the therapeutic units the reflexive changes have been influenced. Their form was mainly local hypertonus, joint blockage located in the areas of shoulder blades, shoulders, neck and spine. The movement pattern of shoulder abduction has been improved. The range of motion of internal rotation in the left shoulder has been increased. The mobility of the spine has also been increased. Key words: Case study, shoulder joint,...
Case Study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a Patient after total shoulder arthroplasty
Háza, Ondřej ; Hassmannová, Kristina (advisor) ; Mazancová, Iva (referee)
Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Treatment of Patient after total shoulder arthroplasty Aims: The aim of this thesis is a theoretical elaboration of the issue of total reverse shoulder arthroplasty and the elaboration of a case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after total reverse shoulder joint arthroplasty with evaluation of the effect of therapy. Methods: The bachelor's thesis consists of a general part, which deals with reverse total arthroplasty of the shoulder joint using the literature, and a special part, which contains a case study of the patient with this diagnosis. The special part includes an input kinesiological examination, therapy, output kinesiological examination, and finally evaluation of the effect of therapy. Outcomes: The therapy had a positive effect on the patient's health. The biggest changes are visible in the enlargement of muscle strength around the right shoulder joint, in enlargement ROM in the right shoulder joint and in gaining independence. These results show that the therapies were effective. Key words: reverse total shoulder arthroplasty, shoulder, upper limb, case study, physiotherapy
