Marketing Plan of Fitness and Wellness Center - Fit Effect

Title: Marketing plan of fitness and wellness center Fit Effect. Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to perform a situational analysis of the marketing plan of fitness and wellness center Fit Effect and to propose measures for improvement in the following years. Furthermore, use the analysis to identify weaknesses in the activities of fitness and wellness center and make suggestions for improvement in certain areas. Methods: Document analysis was used to obtain secondary data from internal and external sources. Porter's five forces model was used for micro-environment analysis. PEST analysis was used for macro-environment analysis. The competition analysis was performed by comparing fitness centers according to selected criteria around Fit Effect. Results: Porter's five forces model revealed the driving forces in the industry affecting club activity. As a result, the threats identified are substitutes, the bargaining power of customers and the competition from businesses in the industry. Opportunity is a challenging market for the entry of new competitors and the bargaining power of subordinate suppliers. The diploma thesis deals with the creation of a realistic and applicable business plan for a new business – a forest nursery. The diploma work is divided into four main parts. Part one describes the objective and methodology of work. Followed by the second part, a theoretical one, in which the theoretical knowledge and the starting point needed to create the business plan are described and explained. In the third part, I analysed, with help of the theoretical knowledge, the current market situation and the internal and external business environment. The last part includes suggestions for the business plan and is closed with a final summary and recommendations, which should contribute to the establishment and to the further development of the firm in the future.

The thesis consists of a theoretical part, where I define the legal forms of entrepreneurship and business plan, which contains a plan of production, marketing and financial analysis. In the next chapter I focus on the practical part of the business plan, where the production, marketing and financial plan is drawn up. The aim is to find out real facts and details about the very establishment of a café.

This thesis aims to develop a business plan on starting a mini-brewery. It is divided into three main parts. Basic terminology regarding the discussed issue is described in the theoretical part, particularly explaining certain concepts from the business sphere as well as concepts related to both beer and the mini-brewery. The next part contains a particular procedure. I intend to deal with more in the practical part. The practical part then specifically refers to the market situation detected through several analyses, such as STEP analysis, SWOT analysis and competitor analysis, and also includes the considered company´s marketing plan. An integral part of the thesis is a simplified financial analysis, which allows to determine whether this type of business is actually feasible.

Title: Marketing plan of a non-profit organization Sporťáček. Objectives: The goal of this bachelor work is to create a marketing plan that could be used as a guide for marketing activities of the organization in the year 2018. Another goal is to find out via analysis, where the deficits of currently used marketing activities are and what needs to be achieved in the following year. Next step is to suggest new strategies, which would fulfil stated marketing goals. Methods: Document analysis and participated observations were used for getting secondary data. The PEST analysis was carried out by evaluating the probability of impact and occurrence of the chosen factors. The competition analysis was based on comparison according to particular criteria. Results: The PEST analysis answered questions such as which external global aspects influence the company the most at this moment and also predicted their future development. The competition analysis showed, that the biggest threat for the organization are local organizers of events with the same purpose and same location of the event. Their advantage is a bigger support from the local sports clubs and also from local governments. Theoretical part introduces the reader basic terminology of entrepreneurship, environment of small and medium enterprises and the structure of a business plan, realization of which is the subject of practical part. Methodical part deals with a primary marketing research. The main purpose of the thesis is to evaluate the feasibility and the viability of the project.

This diploma thesis deals with the subject of online marketing communication in the selected online reservation site. The presented thesis is based on the explanation of the theoretical concepts related to the practical part of the thesis. The main aim of this document is the description, evaluation and following analysis of online marketing communication of the chosen reservation site. The output of the analysis is the submission of proposals to improve existing activities of Booking.com in the Czech Republic. Among the main recommendations of this thesis are proposals on how to improve online marketing communication and sales strategy.
