99 'Stakeholder value' as a new phenomenon of company law Abstract The thesis deals with "stakeholder value" as one of the approaches to corporate governance. The primary aim of the thesis is to provide a description of the stakeholder value approach and to describe its position in (in particular) the Czech company law de lege lata; the secondary aim is to reflect on the possible legal regulation de lege ferenda and notice of problematic points of legislation in relation with the stakeholder value concept. Another goal is to clarify through the empirical research the position of the stakeholder value and some other concepts related to this phenomenon in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into seven chapters. It begins by introducing the concept of "stakeholder value" as one of the corporate governance models, pursuing as one of the goals of a buisness company to satisfy interests of a wide range of stakeholders, i.e. constituencies tied to a business corporation in a certain way. Following is a theoretical introduction to corporate governance. The second chapter deals with the shareholder value model, contrasted with the stakeholder value approach, with an emphasis on taking into account solely the interests of shareholders. Preparation of the Production Project

This bachelor thesis focus on project preparation, that includes identification of project’s purpose, target and outputs, also planning itself and evaluations of each obtained information. The theoetical part deals with project management, explination of terms associated with the management. In addition, the thesis introduces the company and the previous SafeShore project that provides output data for the analysis, wich are the core for planning the whole project.

This thesis deals with the topic of corporate social responsibility in the energy company E.ON, both in the Czech Republic and in Europe. The first part describes the topic of social responsibility in general and related topics closely related to the of social responsibility are mentioned. The methodical part describes the data processing itself as it was done in the practical part and what methods were used for the evaluate-on. The practical part describes E.ON in the Czech Republic as well as in Europe. Activities around social responsibility are described in selected regional units. All activities related to social responsibility were mapped in the E.ON CZECH Group. The second part consists of a questionnaire survey of employees of E.ON CZECH, where the aim was to find out employees' awareness of social responsibility in the company.
Coollaboration of Stakeholders in a Tourism Destination
The aim of the thesis Collaboration of Stakeholders in a Tourism Destination is to evaluate the level and intensity of cooperation in tourism in the South Bohemian Region from the perspective of key stakeholders in the destination, including the management and development relationship of tourism in the destination. In the first part of the research, the information concerning the destination management and marketing, the stakeholders and their cooperation was obtained with the help of secondary data. For the collection of secondary data, printed literature and websites were mainly used in connection with the selected tourism destination - the South Bohemian Region. Based on the findings from the literature and other secondary sources, the collection of primary data was planned in the form of a questionnaire survey. It has become clear that the destination marketing organizations, which best meet the attributes of power, legitimacy and urgency, are the key stakeholder. According to the research, it was found out that the cooperation between the public and private sectors is significantly inadequate. There are several major obstacles that prevent effective cooperation among the particular stakeholders. To improve the cooperation, it is necessary to streamline the communication between the organizations and other stakeholders and to plan a project within the tourism industry, which will help with the cooperation among as many stakeholders as possible.
Methods of Stakeholder Identification in Evaluation

This text deals with the issue of identification of stakeholders in the evaluation. The concept of stakeholders is defined first, and the characteristics of the evaluation approaches are presented. Later is presented the position of the world evaluation societies on the stakeholders. There are four methods of stakeholder identification: 1) Brainstorming, 2) General list, 3) Questions and 4) The snowball method. Own research focuses on methods of identification of stakeholders in evaluations in the Czech Republic. Data sources are evaluations of OP and ROP programs. Secondary and content data analysis was used to analyse the data. The result of the research is that specific methods of stakeholder identification have not been applied in OP and ROP evaluations. Based on the results of the research, a new procedure for identification of stakeholders in the evaluation was formulated.

Forms of 'empowerment' in the frame of the anti-discrimination agenda in Education 'Empowerment' - or a state of emancipation, in which an individual is able to achieve their goals, fulfill their needs, and reach their potential despite the structural limitations - should be the result of education. Forms of empowerment include: the capacity of involved actors to make changes, and their ability to influence conditions and structures, in which they move. In my dissertation, I inspect the empowerment found in actors in Education, families, the public sector, schools and other governmental organizations. I conducted my research in the context of the integration of the so-called 'inclusive education' and the associated changes in the system of the Czech elementary education, in the period of spring 2013 until the end of 2017. The method of qualitative research I chose was the stakeholder analysis and in-depth interviews. I analyzed the gathered data from the point of view of the actors' goals and agendas, their experience with discrimination, their involvement in the inclusive education, their cooperation with each other, and last but not least, from the point of view of the power(lessness) and empowerment of the actors themselves describe it. Business of tourism services and possibilities of cooperation
This thesis deals with a company named Angusfarm, which is situated in Soběsuky. The organization focuses mostly on providing services including accommodation, catering and introduces their main interest. It clarifies their cooperation and evolution, history and basic concepts of sociometry. Moreover, a major part of the thesis provides detailed information about stakeholders and the way they interact with the firm including analysis of the weaknesses and barriers that occur during cooperation with stakeholders. The research is based on Social Network Analysis. The Social network is a system of actors individual interlinks through their relations. The goal of this thesis is to analyze the current situation of cooperation with suppliers and to reveal which stakeholdes are the most important and how large is the connection between stakeholders and Angusfarm.
Corporate Social Responsibility with Focus on Environmental Issues

This thesis focuses on the social responsibility of corporations the Corporate Social Responsibility (further on referred to as CSR) with emphasis on the responsibility of corporations towards the environment, an issue widely discussed in the modern world. The theoretical section clarifies the concept and main principles of social responsibility and it describes the environmental pillar of CSR. The practical section presents data from a qualitative research which consisted of interviewing representatives of corporations who successfully practise the concept of CSR. The goal of the qualitative research was to establish guidelines for corporations who are beginning to implement the environmental strategy of CSR. A consequent quantitative research was carried out in the form of a public questionnaire aimed at obtaining information on the public opinion on environmental issues, on the extent of public involvement in protecting the environment and on the preference of the consumer in purchasing environmentally considerate products. Analysis of the acquired data proved that implementing the environmental pillar of CSR may lead to higher sales, the reasons being a strong public support of the importance of environmental protection and the call of the public on corporations for an environmentally considerate behavior.
Alternative theories of the firm

This paper covers the issue of alternative theories of the firm. The theoretical part is separated into two chapters and their goal is to acquaint readers with this topic of microeconomics. On the base of described models will be explained ambiguous approach to theme. After this, follows the explanation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). This chapter contains conceptual bases and model of CSR, which reference to the main theme of the paper - alternative theories of the firm and help to answer the question: Can Corporate Social Responsibility be concerned as a theory of firm? The next chapter describes the concept of CSR at the examples of CSR projects in Marks & Spencer company.

This Bachelor´s Thesis is about the concept of a corporate social responsibility and sustainable development within the area of small and medium enterprises. The goal of this thesis is to analyze current CSR activities of the selected small company OTHERM Sokolov and propose suitable activities which could be established into the company´s strategy. The theoretic part is focused on a historical progress of CSR and sustainable development, to the concept of the triple-bottom-line and options for small and medium enterprises in the area of CSR. The practical part introduces characteristics of OTHERM Sokolov company, its current activities in CSR and a list of possibly proper activities. Then in the practical part are presented results of customer´s and employee´s questionnaires.
