THE SHARING ECONOMY AND DIGITALIZATION: CHALLENGE FOR COMPLEX MODIFICATION OF LABOR LAW? ABSTRACT This diploma thesis discusses the phenomenon of last decade called sharing economy, which has many different forms and names. In its purest meaning, the sharing economy concerns behavior of economically active entities that, in order to reduce their own costs or to use their spare capacity, share free resources. As the best examples of sharing economy, we can name capital platform Airbnb, where people share their unused immovable in order to generate profit or work platform BlaBlaCar trough which people reduce their car costs while travelling one-off long-distance trips. However, as mentioned above, sharing economy has many different forms. One of them, which cannot be recognized as its pure form, is provided by Uber. Uber, as well as BlaBlaCar, created mobile platform trough which providers of transport services can get in touch with users of these services. Despite this similarity, there are several significant differences from which one can conclude that Uber is not a classic provider of information technology services, such as BlaBlaCar. ORM Library for Android

This bachelor thesis describes the topic of ORM library development for Android platform. It analyses the currently most used ORM libraries and based on the analysis it specifies new library. Furthermore, it describes its implementation in Java programming language with code generation. The library is tested throughout the development and a sample application is created for the final version.
Simulatenous move turn-based game for mobile devices

This thesis deals with a conception and implementation of a simultaneous move turn-based game for devices running Android. The thesis contains an analysis of the most played games on Android, limitations of mobile devices and required libraries. The work further focuses on the principle of operation of a server prototype and a stress test of an implementation of the described prototype. Based on the test results, the thesis describes an implementation of multithreaded processing and an further analysis of this implementation. The work also portrays the techniques used for network communication. M-commerce as a new purchasing phenomenon

(in English): Thesis deals with the phenomenon of m-commerce. History section briefly describes the evolution and significant moments for further development of this segment and its subsequent adaptation. It also discusses the types of transactions that are carried out through mobile devices and also about technologies that allow for a gradual transformation of these devices into multifunctional objects. The fourth chapter deals with the evaluation of practical research, which was carried out by me. The research was focused on the typology of purchases that are realized by Czech users through their mobile devices (smartphones and tablets) in relation to mobile smartphone platform, which they own.

Control System for Mobile Platform

The aim of this work is to design a control system for a mobile platform with an AVR microcontroller. It’s function is to control two DC motors, one stepper motor and read information from sensors. At first, our work is to develop an electrical scheme and circuit boards for the control system. Debug the microcontroller’s program for correct handling of the peripherals. The next step is to connect sensors for non electric quantity and modify the microcontroller’s program to handle them and send received data from them via bluetooth connection.
Control System for Small Mobile Robot

The aim of this work was to design a control system based on the XMega microcontroller, for a small mobile robot with an tracked undercarriage. At first, my work was to develop an electrical scheme and circuit boards for the control system. The next step was to connect sensors for non electric quantity and modify the control algorithms for a simple navigation. In the last phase I tuned the user interface and the whole control system for minimal data flow between the mobile platform and the user interface.
The analysis of chosen directions in mobile phone applications’ sphere

This Bachelor's thesis focuses on particular mobile platforms and chosen contemporary directions in mobile applications' sphere. The first part includes theoretical base. It means introduction, characteristic and development of widespread platforms in order to explanation of gradually increasing functions and opportunities offered by the modern applications to a reader. There are two mobile applications' directions chosen on the grounds of varied functions in this part of the thesis. These two directions are analysed according to fixed standards and evaluated afterwards in the next part of the thesis. The chosen directions refer to a smartbanking and mobile phone navigations. The main aim of the Bachelor's thesis is to analyse every chosen direction according to fixed standards and compare mobile applications contained in these chosen directions. The last thing is on the basis of the previous analysis and comparison to come to an conclusion which applications dominate and which are leg behind by contrast.
