The Bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of labor relations. In the theoretical part are defined basic terms of labor relations, which are further applied in the analytical part of this thesis. The analytical part deals with the benefit for employees at the particular employer, when employer implemented new bonus, which its goal is to increase employee attendance system. Evaluated efficiency this established solution and includes suggestions for improvement in the future.

Working hours, its lenght and distribution, with the focus on part-time Abstract The thesis deals with the issue of working hours and its distribution with a special focus on part-time. The thesis also introduces the legislation of part-time in the foreign law system, particularly in the Netherlands. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current legal regulation of working hours, its length and distribution, focusing on part-time. The thesis is divided into six chapters, which represent labor law in the system of law, historical development of working hours, sources of labor law, legal regulation of working hours and rest periods and distribution of working hours. The fifth chapter deals with labor law institutes in which part-time deviate from the set weekly working hours. The chapter defines persons that are entitled to apply for part-time or another suitable adjustment of their working hours, forms of these suitable adjustments and the interpretation of the concept of operational reasons by the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic. 1 Principle of flexicurity in legal regulation of transfer of rights and obligations from the employment-law relations Abstract In her PhD thesis, the author deals with the legal regulation of transfer of rights and obligations arising from employment-law relations in the Czech Republic, in the context of the European union law, from the point of view of the concept of flexicurity in the employment-law relations. This concept includes, on the one hand, elements of flexibility in the realization of employment-law relations, and, on the other hand, security (protection) of employees in these relations which is manifested in particular by the transfer of rights and obligations from their employment-law relations to the new employer itself. The objective of the bachelor thesis is to propose a solution to the problem, which is related to the lack of employees. More precisely, to optimize the number of employees and the associated payroll costs. On the basis of the analytical part, measures to optimize the number of employees and optimize wage costs will be proposed to the employers.
Comparative analysis of the Czech and French law of employment of foreigners and posting of workers and analyses of the relevant legal terminology

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to compare Czech and French legislations concerning posting of workers, and to make a bilingual glossary of the terms from this field. This piece of writing is divided into a theoretical part and a practical one. The theoretical part incorporates a brief introduction to the labour law and the law of the European Union. Furthermore, the legislations of posting of workers within the European Union, the Czech Republic and France are described. Based on this description, the theoretical part is terminated by a comparative analysis of Czech and French legislations. The practical part contains a brief introduction to the language of law. The core of the practical part is an analysis of the key terms in the field of posting of workers, especially their translation from Czech to French. The practical part is terminated by a Czech-French glossary containing the terms whose translations have been looked up. The whole work is finished by a French summary.

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of labor relations. It focuses on optimizing wage and personnel costs of the employer in connection with seasonal production, which is linked to the unequally structured need of employees in production during the calendar year. The bachelor thesis evaluates the current situation of the entrepreneur in the field of labor relations and based on the analysis proposed a solution usable for saving the wage and personal costs of the employer.
Liability for Damage and Compensation for Damage in Labour Law

This thesis deals with an employer´s and employee´s liability for damage and with different rights and obligations determined for each participant of labour law relations. At first different types of liability were described, as well as the matter of safety at workplace and prevention, specifically with the help of the Labour Code. This theoretical and legislative basis have been compared to the everyday reality in existing companies. Then I found out, how effective the system of prevention in companies is and how it shows its ability to reduce the amount of cases of damage compensation.
Termination of employment

The thesis deals with termination of employment. The thesis focuses on various forms of termination of employment according to the then applicable legislation throughout history, i.e. before the enactment of the first legal regulation of Labour Law, which was Act No. 65/1965 Coll., The Labour Code, pursuant to Act No. 262/2006 Coll., the Labour Code, which replaced the above Act. Attention is given to the amendment of the Labour Code effective from January 1, 2012 which relates to arranging of a probationary period, termination of employment during the probationary period, the exceptions to the prohibition of dismissal, lengthening of the period of dismissal moderation of the court; sets a new reason for dismissal in section 52. h) of the Labour Code. This thesis also deals with the issue of termination of employment in EU countries (Finland, Belgium, Austria), namely agreement on termination of employment, dismissal and termination of employment during the probationary period. Attention is also given the comparison of Czech law with foreign law, international documents, legislation and numerous case law.
