Marketing Communicetion of the Primary School

Marketing communication of the primary school ABSTRACT The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of marketing communication in education. The aim of the thesis is to compare marketing communication of primary schools in the capital city and primary schools the district of Nymburk. The thesis is focused on the comparison of marketing communication between those schools and parents of pupils who attend them. These findings will be based on electronic questionnaires which were sent to parents of pupils from five primary schools in Prague 12 and five primary schools in the district of Nymburk. The aim of the interview will beat least 70 % return on the total of 300 questionnaires sent out. Subsequently, the questionnaire survey will be evaluated and differences in marketing communication in Prague and in Nymburk district will be analyzed. The research focuses on the differences in the marketing tools used, the complexity of the informations provided through the primary school website, and the question if communication is the most important factor in the choice of primary school. Interní marketing je dnes aktuálním tématem, kterým se zabývá vedení mnoha firem. Tato práce se zaměřuje na metody, které mohou zlepšit interní marketing firmy a přispět tak k lepší motivaci zaměstnanců. V práci je analyzována současná situace interního marketingu firmy Imcon Electronics v oblastech interní komunikace, motivace a vzdělávání se ve firmě. Cílem této práce je navrhnout způsoby, které by měli zvýšit motivaci zaměstnanců této firmy. Práce přináší bližší pohled na současné praktiky ve společnosti a návrhy, jak lépe motivovat její zaměstnance. Také obsahuje ekonomické zhodnocení, náklady a odhad ekonomického přínosu pro firmu.
Organizational Culture and its Influence on the Effectiveness of Work

This thesis is focused on improving the state of corporate culture in Nutrend D.S., a.s. On the basis of analysis of results obtained in questionnaire inquiry, there were some drawbacks detected in managers getting familiar with the vision and long-term business objectives, in the financial evaluation and incentive system, and also in the working environment. Further there was an existing rivalry identified between different departments and low willingness of employees to attend corporate events. Subsequently, the proposals and recommendations have been processed leading to the elimination of these drawbacks and to improvement of the present state.
Internal Communication in a Chosen Company

My diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of internal communication in Česká spořitelna. The first part of my work is focused on theory, emphasizing the importance of good functioning internal communication and the consequences of its deficiencies. I also apply this knowledge in the practical part, which is supplemented by the characteristics of Česká spořitelna and the important milestones of the origin of internal communication in the company. In the analytical part, I investigate the employees' satisfaction with the current situation. The paper presents proposals on how to simplify message sharing and avoid the overloading of information that is not relevant to all employees.
Making the image of women in company magazines

Internal communication is essential for every company. However it is not always perceived as such. Internal communication is a conveyor of information and company's values. It is based on corporate culture and it also influences in. It affects atmosphere and performance of the company, engagement and overall happiness of employees. It is also related to the rate of their fluctuation. Diversity, which is the key to the diversity of approaches and perspectives, is also comparatively important to the functioning of the company. Diversity brings more effective problem solving or team functioning. In this respect, companies should strive for gender equality in their working environment and take supportive initiatives to help women overcome barriers in the labor market. The Czech Republic is one of the worst-ranked countries in the European Union in terms of gender equality in the labor market. This diploma thesis deals with the interconnection of internal communication and topics related to promoting women in work and personal life. The aim of this thesis is to use qualitative research to find out how selected domestic companies work with these topics in internal communication.
Corporate culture of social enterprises

Social enterprises are entities that combine the philosophies, operations or strategies of both the non-profit and for-profit sector. They aim to have an impact on society while ideally incorporating a business model that ensures financial sustainability and ability to reinvest their profits to maintain growth. These goals might be conflicting in the long-term when the organisation has to make decisions on whether to priorities impact or profit. Such organisational model should have implications on the personnel in terms of management, organisational relationships and psychology. Thus, the focus of this thesis is to examine the corporate culture of two social enterprises and to study the organisations' environment and the social actors, where the main objective is to explore this topic and discover common themes that arise during the research. The literature review outlines several different conceptual approaches to social enterprises. Afterwards, the theory of corporate culture is presented, including models depicting elements that characterise different types of cultures and variables that make the corporate culture of social enterprises unique. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to decribe and evaluate the internal and external communication in a selected company and to propose possible changes and improvements. The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis describes main concepts such as communication, communication functions and types and so on. The practical part is focused on the current internal and external communication in a selected company. The research on the internal communication is conducted through a questionnaire survey, interviews and observation. The external communication is analysed by a interview with the spokesperson. Finally, the collected data is evaluated and recommendation for improvements of the current situation is suggested.
Effective Internal Communication Online and Offline

The diploma thesis Online and Offline Effective Internal Communication Tools of the KKCG Investment Group provides a comprehensive view of internal communication, using Online and Offline tools. The thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical part defines the concept of internal communication and its inclusion in the marketing and media environment, including related terminology. It also maps Online and Offline media including specific communication tools. Based on literature research is also defined the effectiveness of internal communication including innovative trends. The practical part is focused on the KKCG Group and on its own internal communication settings with real examples of used media. In the methodological part, the author describes and analyses the results of the qualitative (structured interviews with the experts of the internal communication of the companies in the KKCG Group) and the quantitative research (questionnaire survey applied on employees of the individual KKCG Group companies). Internal communication and its use in opening the dialog between the employees and the company

This bachelor thesis deals with the internal communication and its use for opening a dialogue between a company and its employees. The practical part of the thesis contains a case study of the company DAUCZECH s.r.o.in the period 2016-2018. Firstly, the author seeks to answer questions of whether it is worth to invest time and resources in internal communication concerning small and medium-sized enterprises. Secondly, he asks whether well-established communication channels can solve intra-company communication problems. The thesis consists of two parts. The first section is devoted to the theory of internal communication, the term "urge to change", and the issue of establishing a dialogue; the last subchapter deals with the definition of internal communication information channels. In the second section, the author applies the theoretical findings to the real company environment. Throughout this part, several kinds of research take place. The thesis presents the latest research findings in the field of internal communication. Thus it proves that the internal communication of the instrument that can, when properly used, can improve processes inside a company. Part of the thesis is also a proposition of a strategy for improvement of company communication for DAUCZECH s.r.o.
