The aim of bacherol's thesis is the processing of project documentation for the construction of a family house with an establishment. This building is designed in a slightly sloping terrain on the edge part of Moravské Budějovice. The family house has a partial basement and two floors. Establishment is designed as a single-storey building and will be used for design activities. The building is based on plain concrete strip. The perimeter walls will be made of lost formwork. Other walls is designed from ceramic blocks. Ceiling structures are made of ceramic inserts and ceramic-concrete beams. The roofing is designed as a single-skin flat roof.

This bachelor thesis is focused on design of family house with an establishment serving as financial consultancy. The object is located in cadastral area of Strání and has a partial basement with two above-ground floors. The house is established for four member family. External walls of the basement are bulit of permanent formwork. External walls of above-ground walls are bulit of clay blocks Porotherm 30 Profi with contact thermal insulation system ETICS. Horizontal load-bearing structures are formed by prefabricated rib-and-filler floor system MIAKO. Staircase is designed as two times bent slab. Part of the object is roofed with a warm flat roof, the other part with roof truss with roof slope of 35°.

The bachelor thesis is focused on a design for new-building of family house with an establishment of travel agency. The new building is placed in a cadastral area of the town Prostějov. The building is with two floors, without a basement and is designed for living of four persons with small travel agency, equipped with necessary accessories. Exterior walls are designed in the Ytong system and partly from a concrete blocks. Walls are insulated by contact thermal insulation. A ceiling strcuture is designed as a reinforced concrete slab. Building has a saddle roof. The bachelor thesis is formed as a project documentation.

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a multi-purpose building, which will be used mainly for long-term housing. In order to create a space for use in administrative work in the area, the building also considers the area for this activity. For this purpose, the land was perfectly suited to the function of the future building on the fringe of the town Nové Mesto nad Váhom. The land is flat, located in a built-up area with family and apartment houses, on the corner of streets named Bzinská and Odnrej Plachý. The place in the nineties served as a public city swimming pool for recreation and sport. The land has been unused since the end of this activity. Therefore, the intention of the building would not only be enriched by the housing stock of the city, but also the value of the dilapidating land would increase. The building is designed as a detached storey house with one underground and four above-ground floors. It is divided into a residential part and an administrative part with separate entrances. The building is covered with a flat single-skin roof with attic around the perimeter. All entrances to the building are designed as barrier-free. The residential area on the ground floor contains a housing unit and its facilities and equipment designed for three people with limited mobility and orientation. Other higher floors have two apartments for four people. The apartment part includes a basement, where each apartment is assigned a cellar. Furthermore, in the basement there are common areas for residents such as a workshop, a store of common garden furniture and tools, a gym with sanitary facilities and a common room with a toilet. There is an elevator machine room, a boiler room and a cleaning room with the facilities of the operators in which only authorized persons will have access to the facility. Wooden Family House

This bachelor thesis deals with design of wooden house for family of four people. The house has the basement partly above ground level with parking lots for two cars, ground floor and an attic rooms for family members. Basement floor is made of BEST brand concrete blocks and permanent formwork. Above ground floor, both floors are made as a timber structure, constructed from CLT panels produced by NOVATOP company. On the top of the house is the gabled roof that is matching and fitting the neighbourhood. Object is shielded by timber cladding together with fiber-cemented boards, that create an ventilated facade.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design and construction of project documentation for a family house with an establishment, which is situated in the village Lesonice near Moravský Krumlov. The building is designed as a detached three-storey building, which has one underground, one overground and residential attic. The family house is designed for a four-member family. A part of the building is designed - a massage room. Access to the house and the establishment is designed from the northeast side. The living area is mostly oriented to the south and west. The establishment is located southeast of the residential area and has 2 parking spaces for customers. The building construction system is designed from the Porotherm system. The vertical masonry is made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 50 T Profi. The horizontal structures are made of reinforced concrete. The roof above the shop is designed as a flat single-walled non-walking roof and the roof above the living area is saddle.

The subject of my bachelor's thesis is design documentation of a detached family house on a steep slope located in a city district Brno - Nový Lískovec. The house is designed as a three-storey building with one underground floor and two above-the-ground floors, roofed with a flat green roof that merges with the surrounding terrain. The structural system of the building is designed as masonry, the walls are built of clay Porotherm blocks and permanent formwork. Thermal insulation of the external walls is provided by ETICS. Ceiling construction consists of POT beams and ceramic insets MIAKO. The house is funcitionally divided into three parts on three different floors. Technical facilities are located on the underground floor, that consists of a garage, a boiler room, a laundry room and storage space. The first ground floor serves as common space, there can be found a large living room with kitchen and a guest room across the main hall. A private part of the house is on the second floor, there are only bedrooms. Each room is visually connected to the exterior through large french windows and HS portals.

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to deal with a proposal of family house with a moto-service establishment. The project is located on the land in the village Radslavice near the city Vyskov. It is two-storey partly basement house, which is connected with the motor-service establishment on the north side. Both objects form one building unit. Detached house is designed for permanent living of 4-5 family members, where the first floor is designed as a communicative zone and the second floor as a resting zone. There are a technical room and a garage on the underground floor. Peripheral walls are planned to be made from burnt bricks for accurate brickwork Porotherm of 500 mm thickness with a laine mineral isolation. The ceiling construction is from semi-mounted constructions Porotherm or monolithic reinforced concrete constructions. The project documentation is done according to the Decree number 499/2006, as an implementing documentation including fire safety solution, thermal technical assessment and building physics.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to design and develop a project documentation for a family house with an establishment which is situated to the village of Přibyslavice by Velká Bíteš. It's designed as a separate three storey building. Two of the storey's are above ground and one of them is underground. This family house is designed for a family of four. There's an establishment of a service and sale of bicycles included in the house. The entrance and establishment of the house is oriented to the west. Arrival for the owner is situated to the south in the underground floor where the garage is located. The residential part of the house is both oriented to the south and west. The establishment is oriented to the north and has three parking spots for customers. The structural system of the building is based on the Porotherm system. Vertical constructions are from ceramic blocks of the Porotherm system and from lost formwork BEST (Underground floor). Horizontal constructions are designed by the Porotherm miako system. The roof of the establishment is designed as a single-shell non-walking and the roof above 2.NP is saddle.
