Motor literacy of athletes 12 -15 age

Title: Physical literacy of pupils 12 -15 age Objectives: The main aim of this work is to find out and compare the level of physical literacy of pupils from 6th grade and 6th grade of athletic class. This will be achieved by finding out the level of physical competence. The secondary aim is to compare our results with the results from Switzerland. Methods: In our work we used an observation method and a comparison method. The observation method was applied to the testing of individual tests and the comparison method to compare two classes, gender and states. Results: We have found out that girls achieved better results in self-movement and boys in objects movement. The best results were achieved by pupils in rolling and the worst in dribbling. We also discovered that the athletic class dominated in all tests. After comparison of our results with the results from Switzerland it was very similar. Our pupils were better in 4 tests, pupils from Switzerland were better in 3 tests and the results were the same in 1 test. Keywords: MOBAK, competencies, literacy, pupils, physical education
Applying the Competence Model in the Public Business Academy

The thesis deals with the use of competences and competency model as an effective tool of personnel management of the organization. Competency - based / HR / Management (CBM) is an actively used model primarily in the commercial sphere. However, in recent years, more and more government organizations have also approached this governance model. The theoretical and empirical part of the thesis deals with the issue of acquiring and using various types of competencies, compiling a competency model and their subsequent application in personnel management. The definition of basic terms and principles of competency management is based on the study of professional literature and binding documents that link the principles of competence management to the lifelong learning strategy and learning organization models. The empirical part first deals with the actual use of competencies and competency models in the conditions of public business academies in Prague and Central Bohemia. The field of addictology is still looking for its position, helpful could be creating a document defining competencies of this profession that would bring transparency in practice and in the context of other related disciplines. The design of competencies of a pregraduate student of addictology can serve as a basis for defining professional competencies. Development of Social Adaptability of a Human within Eco-communities

This bachelor´s thesis is theoretically-empirical. It focuses on examining the social adaptability of people living in ecological communities and on the potential of their primary and secondary sociability in these specific societies. It explains the basic terms and provides an overview of the historical development of the ecological movement, selected eco-social communitites on the territory of the Czech Republic and beyond. In the practical part of the thesis, the aim of the research is to prove whether an ecological community functions as a primary sociability institution or not and whether the competencies of a social worker correspond with the competencies of an ecological community.

It defines its roles and identifies competencies that are keys to success of this position. It unveils impact and responsibilities of chief knowledge officer in a knowledge organization. It assesses and predicts development of this position. The thesis can be divided into two parts, theoretical and empirical. First chapters focus on the theory in the field of knowledge management, knowledge society and furthermore it focuses on the position chief knowledge officer, its development and competencies. The topic of this diploma thesis is the topic Management of education in non-school organizations. It deals with the internal employee education system at Coca-Cola Hellenic Czech Republic and Slovakia. The main aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the existing system of training of employees in Coca - Cola Czechia and Slovakia and Austria, to compare the education system of selected countries and to propose the modification of this system in order to support the further successful development of the employees in the organization. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part introduces the professional concepts that are necessary to understand the topic. The work deals with the management of education, the formation of strategy in the organization, the personnel strategy, the learning cycle in the organization (by analyzing the educational needs, the planning of education, realization) and its subsequent evaluation. The practical part will describe the current state of the corporate education cycle in the selected Coca-Cola Hellenic Czech Republic. Training of employees in a non-school organization

This diploma thesis deals with the education of employees in non-school organization. The thesis is divided into two parts, part of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on how education should be set up in non-school organizations, how to identify educational needs and how to apply them to practice. More specifically, this theoretical part focuses primarily on corporate education in general, on resources and characteristics of company education, strategy, goals, methods and also the complete process from identification of educational needs, planning, implementation to evaluation of education itself. The practical part of this diploma thesis is focused on the selected organization XY, which is described throughout this work as the "Kernel a." Organization, as it wished to remain anonymous. In the Kernel a.s. an assessment has been made of how learning needs are identified, how the education is planned, implemented and subsequently evaluated. All this information has been evaluated on the basis of the Internal Education Directive and also on the basis of data obtained through the questionnaire survey method from the random staff of the company under investigation.
