What happens when a traditionally scholarly content provider decides to incorporate grey literature into their online content platform? What are the challenges of preparing the content for publication and discoverability? How does the presence of grey literature in the database affect cross search? How do differing business models find a common home in a unified content platform?

The thesis deals with the creation of a real business plan for establishing a company offering a pop-up store service in the city center of Brno. The thesis is based on the theoretical background describing current forms of sales with focus on the main idea of the plan, creation of a business model, structure of a business plan, especially analytical-research methods, which are used in the following up analytical part of the thesis. The proposal part follows the results of the analyzes and describes the strategy of the start-up, its connection to the created business model, which is further elaborated into partial parts of the business plan.

The thesis deals with the creation of a real business plan to establish a confectionery factory "Nebeské dorty" in the village Rouchovany. The theoretical part of the thesis includes the definition of business terms and analyzes needed for the elaboration of a business plan. In the design part there is a business model and related organizational, marketing and financial plan. Thanks to the questionnaire given to selected respondents and to the analyzes performed, it can be said that the future enterprise has a great chance of success.

Based on the above mentioned information, the business plan itself is drawn up.
