The bachelor thesis will solve the design of the transformation of the existing premises of the original bishop's brewery with a three-hundred-year tradition into a multifunctional complex fulfilling the following tasks. Renewal of production in the form of a small city brewery, adding new functions for the presentation of the brewery and cultural and social events. Reconstruction and completion of architecturally valuable objects, adding new objects for new functions.

The bachelor´s thesis focuses on the solution of today's unused Vyškov brewery, which is part of the city's history. The proposal presents a new use of existing buildings and revitalization of the entire complex. The main task is to revitalize this area and find suitable uses that will co-operate and complement the original main function of the site.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the former bishop's premises of the brewery in Vyškov. The location is directly linked to the historic center. Plot with great development potential. The design creates narrow, intimate alleys in a traditional concept, linking large sunlit gardens together. It creates a contrasting connection that combines tradition with brand new features. Missing features are complemented by the alleys in this case. It also completes the background behind already existing functions. Historic landmarks are not influenced by the extension. The gradual increase of matter creates accents that historically valuable objects take on. The brewery's pre-space was cleared of parking areas and was completed with a green pass. The parking areas were raised and moved away from the direct sight. Overall, the area opens and connects all of the southeast of Vyškov with the southwest.
The facilities

This diploma thesis presents processing of the design documentation for public service building. The scope of this work is in accordance with ordinance 499/2006 and latter amended 62/2013. There is a small brewery in the building, as well as a pub, tourist apartments and the owner's flat. Building is situated in Vranová, Blansko district. It is a three-story building without basement, roofed with flat and mono-pitched roofs. The ground floor consists of a pub, a brewery and a communication wing dividing the building in the middle. The second floor consists of hostel type tourist apartments with shared facilities. The third floor belongs exclusively to the owner of the building who has an apartment there. The building is bricked, complemented by an external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS). Floor structure consists of SPIROLL panels. Design documentation was developed in AutoCAD software.
Comparsion of marketing activities of beer producers on the Czech market in digital environment

Bachelor thesis aims to clearly outline online marketing activities of selected regional microbreweries located in the city of Prague or close by. The aim of this paper is also to describe the communication activities of four thoroughly selected microbreweries and show the best communicating microbrewery in the monitored region. The first parts of the thesis describes the brewing segment, mentions the legislative limitations, that are specific for the segment and in the major part describes and compares the selected brands and their communication activities.
Marketing Communication of the Product in Brewery Sector

This bachelor thesis is focused on changes the marketing communication of the product Royal Dog cider in brewery sector, which is implented on analysis method. The main purpose of this bachelor thesis is evaluating the current situation of the marketing communication of the product Royal Dog cider, which slopes under the company Pivovar ZUBR a.s. According to the results of mentioned analysis there are suggestions for improvement of marketing communication with an aim of increasing new customers and get the product and company more aware.
Brewery in city – conversion of indrustrial area

The main aim of the work is the conversion of the non-functional industrial site of the former canning factory and re-engagement of unused and unattractive territory into life city cycle - new life - new energy. The conversion consists of restoring a former canning factory building to the city brewery and restoring a former administrative building to a kindergarten. The brewery is complemented by services such as a beer bath, a beer museum, a beer restaurant and a hotel. The aim of the brewery is to revive the tradition of brewing in the region and to restore its industrial and cultural heritage. To connect it with the city not only physically but also socially, while supporting the untapped potential of tourism development. The region has long been struggling with a shortage of nursery schools. The original administrative building from 1902, which is currently almost unused and depreciated, has a favorable location in terms of availability and environment for primary education of children - connection with the park and the football field, which is also closely cooperating with kindergartens. The concept supports and benefits from the urban design of the city's revitalization of the adjacent sports and recreation zone, which is already under way. I see the site conversion as a stage of completing this section of the city.
Historical brewery - potential for regional development

Nowadays there are hundreds of breweries scattered throughout Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia, waiting for their new future. They are either abandoned or in private property. In the worst case they have been deteriorating with no hope of recovery. There are not many left. It is very difficult to find a new function and especially enlightened investor. Important thing is how we will treat with these structures in the future. Will we use this unique potential, or leave this place for a new function? Which way we can choose? What is the potential of these buildings and what they need? This thesis attempts to briefly describe and demonstrate the value of brewery architecture which due to dramatic changes in society became endangered. And to offer possible solutions for the preservation this unique buildings their charm and atmosphere for the next generations.
Hoppy Friends brewery

The thesis deals with design of brewery Hoppy Friends, situated in Moravská Třebová. The building is designed with 3 floors and is a basement. On the basement is lager cellar with coolbox. On the first floor is a brewery with grain storage, visitor center, brewery facility, boiler room and a shop. On the second floor are offices and laboratories. The brewery building is designed from a masonry systém with a ventilated facade with wooden and aluminium lining, foundation on strip foundation with warm flat roof.
Microbiological excursions

This thesis work is aimed at the meaning of excursion in teaching biology at secondary vocational school for thematic complex of microbiology. The topic of microbiology is not attractive for students of secondary vocational school and it is very important to find out what the impact of the excursion will be on the knowledge of students who will participate on the excursion Part of this work is evaluation of excursion as an alternative method of teaching and its overall importance in the teaching of biology. Diploma thesis work brings an overview how the individual stages of the excursion should theoretically look like. It provides list of institutions and factories which may be asked for microbiology excursion in practice. Next part includes completely described excursion in brewery U Fleků including preparation realization and evaluation. Excursion was taken by two classes of different fields with identical pre concept of their studies. Part of the school phase of the excursion is testing students in the form of pre test with the knowledge of microbiology theme, particularly beer production and yeasting process. It is followed by excursion part of brewery and at the end comes diagnostic school part when the students will be again tested in the form of post test. At the end of this work there are...
