This diploma thesis deals with the design of an end dwelling house with a café in Žatec (district of Louny). It is a partly basement, detached object on a slightly sloping terrain. The apartment building has one underground floor and three above-ground floors. It consists of six housing units of varying size and layout. On the ground floor there is a cafeteria, while on the second and third floor there are always 3 flats. The end house has an atypical ground plan and is roofed with honeycomb roof. The project is processed using the ArchiCAD computer program.

The aim of the Bachelor´s thesis is the composition of project documentation for the construction building of apartment house in the city Brno, location Sadová. The apartment house is four-storey building with basement. The building has 13 dwelling units. Apartment building is design to build with a Porotherm masonry system. The basement is design from concrete blocks filled with concrete. All building is heated up by contact thermal insulation from EPS plystyren. Ceiling structure is made from reinforced concrete slab. The roof is non-walkable warm flat roof.
Apartment house with hairdresser´s in Vyškov

The bachelor thesis deals with documentation of an apartment building with hairdressing salon project, found in Vyškov. The apartment has partial basement, main entrance from the north side of the building, and irregular, double rectangle-based shape. Near the main entrance is located bike storage room. Parlor is in the first floor above ground, and has separate entrance located on the north side. Building is located on slightly sloping terrain in which it is partially embedded. It also has five above ground floors, with one floor below ground, and is covered with a partially walkable flat roof. Basement consist of a cellar rooms, utility room and a workroom. Inside above ground floors are residential areas made from fourteen dwelling units, while one dwelling unit in the first floor is wheelchair accessible. The building is designed from Porotherm, a single masonry system. Thermal insulation of the building is carried out by contact insulation system. The horizontal structures are made of Spiroll ceiling panels.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is design documentation for construction of apartment house. The main goals include designing a layout and creating structural and material solutions. Apartment house is situated on a plain terrain. It is a building with 4 above-ground floors and a basement. The building is based on foundation strips and pads made out of concrete. Vertical load-bearing structures are made of sand-lime blocks. External walls are insulated by external thermal insulating composite system. Horizontal load-bearing structures are made of reinforced concrete. The roof is designed as a warm flat roof. There are 9 dwelling units in the apartment house, together with common premises, mass garage and an utility room. The building is accessible and so is one of the flats. There is also a car park behind the building. The building has been assessed in fire safety, thermal, acoustic and insolation viewpoints and met all requirements of both the investor and given norms.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of an apartment house with massage therapy in Vyškov. The building has an atypical shape, partial basement and flat roof. The apartment consists of five above-ground floors and basement. In the basement there are a storage rooms, a bicycle room, a laundry room, a gym and a boiler room. On the ground floor there is one apartment, which is designed for people with reduced mobility and movement, as well as the massage therapy centre, which is separated from the housing part and has its own entrance. There is a total of 8 dwelling units from the second to fifth floor. Dwelling units on the fifth floor have a terrace. The main, as well as secondary entrance is situated from the north side of the building on the street of U Modrého. Parking lots for a total of 14 cars is situated on the eastern side. The apartment building is designed from a single masonry system with contact insulation. Both vertical and horizontal load-bearing system is made of Porotherm ceramic pieces. During processing, emphasis was placed on layout solutions, architectural appearance, statics requirements and safety of use.

Bachelor thesis deals with documentation for the execution of the construction of new building apartment house in Pelhřimov. It is the house with two above-ground floors with partial basement. The apartment building has five flats. Every flat has one cellar in basement. The loadbearing masonry is designed from clay bricks POTOTHERM with contact thermal insulaton system. The objekt is roofed with a flat roof with a pea gravel.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is a creation of design documentation for notification of structures said in Paragraph 104 (1) (a - e) of the building act, or for issuing of building permission for an apartment building in the cadaster unit of city Brno-Bystrc. It is a new residential building in a built-up area on the outskirts of the city, designed for housing. In the vicinity, there are apartment buildings from the second half of the 20th century, most of them have been modernized recently. The building is located on a parcel of land number 2632/3 is relatively flat. The apartment building will be built in the area where the apartment buildings from the second half of the 20th century are standing. Most of the buildings were modernized lately. The new building is placed in the middle of the parcel and won’t intrude original development look. The object is designed as an apartment building with four above-ground floors without a cellar. In the building, there are 12 apartments, three flats on each floor. The apartments are designed for two to four member families. Uncovered parking on the parcel and paved areas for pedestrians are also part of this building-up. The structural system of the building is a wall masonry system made up of clay bricks. Ceiling structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The roof is single-ply, flat.

The aim of the Bachelor thesis is elaboration of a design documentation for execution of an apartment house. It is a building with four above-ground floors and one under-ground floor. There are 7 apartments with a cafe for public, in the under-ground floor there are common premises of the house equipment. Part of the under-ground floor are also garages, where a parking platforms are located. Parking platforms provide a parking space for 7 cars. A part of roof above garages also serves as a winter garden for the cafe located in the ground floor. The roof above the top floor is designed as a flat, one-layer. The building is designed from a HELUZ system and the external wall and the floor structure of garage are designed from permanent formwork.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a new building of an apartment house in Boskovice. The building will have one underground floor and three above-ground floors with a residential attic. In the underground floor there is a collective garage with a double deck car parking system. The first floor has two flats, one of which is designed for people with reduced mobility and movement . There are also two apartments on the second floor and one apartment with a roof terrace on the third floor. The main entrance is designed to the southeast. The entrance to the garage is from the residential area located in the northwest. The apartment building is designed from a single masonry construction system with a prefabricated and partly monolithic reinforced concrete structure. The roof is designed as double layer dormer roof.
