The analysis of financial resources of preventive social services providers in Liberec region
Hejralová, Lucie ; Kodymová, Pavla (advisor) ; Vojtíšek, Petr (referee)
This thesis aims to answer the question how preventive social service providers, operating in the Liberec region, use the potential of financial resources from private budgets. The reason for this is the non-conceptual system of multi-source financing of social services in the Czech republic and lack of financial resources for social services funding from public budgets. The work is divided into four main chapters. The first chapter is a purely theoretical platform for the whole work. It defines the origin and role of social rights, the welfare state and the European Union in the social policy system of the Czech republic. It deals also with the social services system in the Czech Republic and their planning. The second chapter is devoted to analysis of possible funding sources for financing of social services. The third chapter focuses on stability of social service providers. The last chapter forms the practical part of the work and processes the research survey in given area.
The cooperation beween comercial and non-government organizations in realization of social projects
The principles of gratuity and nonprofit in social services in Czech Republic
Vojtíšek, Petr ; Víšek, Petr (referee) ; Tomeš, Igor (advisor)
This work targets the theoretical concept of social services system, which is based on the free market's principles and delimitated the regulation role of the state. The work targets the economical aspects of social services system and brings new views of financial flow in the system. Further, the work aims these services, where stay the client as an customer or submitter of the service. The general part reflects the current system of social services (1. chapter), which is based on relatively exacting state regulation and on the subvention system. Financial flows in the system are jumble now, there are combined the client pays and the state subventions without legal claim. Due to the providers cannot create long term strategy of social services development. Further, the subvention system disadvantages any legal forms of providers (NGO's, firms and providers out of the mode of social services' act. The first chapter brings a comparing in the European context. The second and the third chapter bring concept of free market system of social services. Due to specificities of social services is necessary to specify the principles of regulation, first of all the conditions of the claim on the advantaged (gratuitous) service (Chapter no. 2) and specify the conditions for generating of the profit (Chapter no. 3). The...

Using care allowance in families with children with long term unfavourable health condition
Janáčová, Pavlína ; Tomeš, Igor (advisor) ; Vojtíšek, Petr (referee)
This diploma thesis focuses on problems with purpose and use of care allowance in families with children with long term unfavourable health condition. The work is divided according to its content into a theoretical and empiric parts. The theoretical part deals with a development of an approach towards people suffering any health disability throughout history, it explains terms such as family, health handicap or the situation of a caring family, furthermore the work describes specific systems of social care and help. The empiric part analyses legislative scope of care allowance including comparison of similar social allowances abroad. It also works with accessible statistic data. The solution of the above mentioned case is complemented by case studies of five caring families with children with long term unfavourable health condition, where the author of this work gathered the data on the basis of qualitative sociologic research - through semi-structured interviews.
TOMOGRAPHICAL APPROACH IN 3-D TEMEPEARTURE DISTRIBUTION MEASUREMENT BY DIGITAL HOLOGRAPHY
Psota, Pavel ; Doleček, Roman ; Lédl, Vít ; Vojtíšek, Petr ; Vít, T. ; Matoušek, Ondřej
This paper presents a digital holographic method for measurement and visualization of temperature distribution in 3-D space. It is based on measurement of phase information along various projections followed by a tomographic reconstruction of the 3-D temperature distribution. The method is experimentally proved and some results are presented in this paper.
Toptec Welding Process Visualization Instrument
Vojtíšek, Petr
MAG welding is characterized by very rapid processes in extreme condition of electric arc. To describe welding is necessary to use sufficiently quick equipment. Especially in the transition region between dip and spray transfer the processes develop quickly. Characterization of transition area in active three component shielding gas was carried out visually by hi speed camera equipment and electrically by quick response electronic measurement system

Surface states in photonic crystals
Vojtíšek, Petr ; Richter, I.
Among many unusual and interesting physical properties of photonic crystals (PhC), in recent years, the propagation of surface electromagnetic waves along dielectric PhC boundaries have attracted considerable attention, also in connection to their possible applications. Such surfaces states, produced with the help of specialized defects on PhC boundaries, similarly to surfaces plasmons, are localized surfaces waves and, as such, can be used in various sensing applications. In this contribution, we present our recent studies on numerical modelling of surface states (SS) for all three cases of PhC dimensionality. Simulations of these states were carried out by the use of plane wave expansion (PWE) method via the MIT MPB package.
