Likely voter model in January 2019

In a survey conducted by Public Opinion Research Centre in January 2019, we investigated how people trust to political Parties and whether they are willing to take part in elections to the Chamber of Deputies. In the press release there are two different types of information: the likely voter model and the party preferences. The likely voter model indicates anticipated result of hypothetical elections to the Chamber of Deputies in the time of conducting the survey. The party preferences give us information about public sympathy for political parties in the group of citizens who have voting right and there is also included a part of citizens who will not take part in elections or they do not know who to vote for.
Public Opinion on Health Care System - December 2018

In December 2018 Public Opinion Research Centre included a block of questions related to health care system in its regular survey. Citizens were asked about their overall satisfaction with health care system in the Czech Republic as well as their views on the various problematic areas of healthcare, such as the financing of public health, management of drugs and functioning of insurance companies.

In December 2018 Public Opinion Research Centre included a block of questions connected to health care. Questions focused mainly on satisfaction with health care in the Czech Republic, evaluation of the quality of the health care in the last year and the amount of information provided by the doctors. Respondents evaluated their own health condition and possibilities to decide the ways of their medical treatment. With health care, 54% of citizens are satisfied, 18% are dissatisfied and 27% are neither satisfied nor dissatisfied.

In November 2018, respondents had to assess security threats related to selected groups in the Czech Republic and they were also expressing views on threats by war, epidemics, natural disasters, economic crisis or resource crisis. These two questions were amended with an open question trying to find out, which countries represent a security threat for the Czech Republic. The survey also focused on expectations concerning the future of the personal life of citizens, the future of the Czech society and the future of the whole humankind.

The survey examined how Czech public is interested in the story of Syria's conflict, what Czech citizens think of some possibilities for the Czech Republic to participate in the process of resolving the situation in Syria and how they perceive the impact of the conflict on Czech, European and global safety.
