Nová klasifikace životních forem Collembola a Protura
Rusek, Josef
A new classification of Collembola and Protura life forms is proposed. Each eco-morphological life form group is morphologically and ecologically characterized, allowing Collembola to be classified into two main groups: A - atmobionts, and B - edaphobionts. Group A comprises four subgroups: a) macrophytobionts, b) microphytobionts, c) xylobionts, and d) neustons. Group B is divided into three subgroups: a) epigeonts, b) hemiedaphobionts, and c) euedaphobionts. Hemiedaphobionts comprise two subclasses according to their size and occurrence in the soil profile. Euedaphobionts are divided into three classes (large, medium, small) and six subclasses according to presence or reduction of the furca (with furca versus furca missing or reduced). Protura belong to the medium and small size subclasses of euedaphobionts. Former life form systems of Collembola are discussed. The proposed system facilitates the use of Collembola in a more comprehensive way for ecological studies.

Some New Devices in Telemedicine
Peleška, Jan ; Anger, Z. ; Gütter, Z. ; Zvárová, Jana
Development of new devices with a data storage, later also with their transport via the stable and mobile telephone network brought new knowledge and improved diagnostics and therapy. In chronic diseases the telemonitoring of important variables – glycemia in diabetes, body weight in heart failure and blood pressure in arterial hypertension – is advantageous. It enables BP readings at home and in work for a better evaluation of therapy, to reduce number of visits and improve patients´ collaboration.

The Image of the Burgher from Prague Johanna Barbora Englová, Born Zimmerová through the Family correspondence in the 19 th century
MAREŠOVÁ, Dana
The thesis is entitled "The Image of the Burgher from Prague Johanna Barbora Englová, Born Zimmerová through the Family correspondence in the 19 th century" and it presents J. B. Englova´s destiny (18101874) on the basis of both correspondence and some ego-documents analysis. She was Emanuel Engl´s mother (18441907) who was an early Czech politician. Thanks to her, even the Prague civic society can be observed. The thesis is divided into five main chapters. At first, the life within the House of Habsburg monarchy in the 19 th century is described. Afterwards, the thesis is being focused on the situation in Prague, the civic society and its possibilities as for the social life. The second chapter pursues Johanna Englova´s family life. The third chapter is the crucial one it presents social connections which Johanna Barbora Englová made throughout her life and which can be observed within the well-preserved correspondence. The last chapter presents the salon, balls and the society as a part of Johanna Englova´s life. The thesis is trying to present contacts, relationships and social situation on the given example of both former and new family of Johanna Barbora Englová. The part of the thesis consists of an all round analysis of chosen sources. Moreover, the thesis reflects a social upswing of Johanna Barbora Englová and the process of becoming a part of the civic smart set in Prague. The thesis is followed by the list of sources, bibliography and online sources. The diagram, table, genealogy and the part with visual materials are listed in the annexe.

Maternal and fatherly role in family: family traditions and trend of changes in intergenerational comparasion
HRABÁNKOVÁ, Lenka
There has been recognized a visible shift within the family roles in recent years. The typical features of this shift are regarding the father´s role primarily the very strong movement of getting closer to the household and regarding the mother´s role the noticeable changeover connected with the trend of emancipation of mothers and adopting the traditional male role by women. Also the attitude towards the education of children and care for them, and the participation and share in their education has been changing over the recent years. This thesis focuses on various aspects of these current trends and illustrates them factually in form and cause - with the real example of the family roles across the three-generation family sample. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the contemporary knowledge and facts about a family. The first part is focused on the definition of the family, its evolution and development within the historical context together with the depiction of the individual historical periods. The next part is dedicated to the description of various functions of the family and the forms of the family arrangement and organization. It also includes the detailed typology of families including its alternative forms. Further describes the changes of the family in a postmodern society primarily, in the greatest extent the distinct shift within the mother´s and father´s roles. Consequently, it also characterizes the new trends. It is also dedicated to the description of family traditions and rituals and the transfer of the behavioral patterns and the family roles across the generations. The empirical part comes out of the research designed as an intensive qualitative test. Collection of information has been carried out in a form of semistructured interviews with the representatives of three generations within one family. The aim was to follow retrospectively the changes in the character of mother´s and father´s roles and to find out the mutual attitudes of the individual generations. Also, aim was to find out the if there is any impact of family traditions to the choices of possible lifestyle of a single individual person. Based on these aims there were defined four main questions of the research:1) Have the family roles changed within the generations? 2) How, why and in what extent have the family roles changed? 3) What are the mutual attitudes of the individual generations? 4) In what extent do the family traditions influence the family itself and also the choice of possible lifestyle of a single individual person? The presentation of results starts with the brief characteristic of life stories of respondents. It is followed by the thematic analysis of the answers of respondents according the previously stated range of questions. This part contains the draft of interpretation and comparison of the answers of respondents from different generations. The detailed interpretation is depicted in the following separate passage of the thesis. The conclusions of the survey confirm there has been existing a change of family roles not only within the individual generations but also in one family line. The differences in changing mother´s and father´s roles appeared strongly primarily in the involvement of a father in the education and care for children. This is influenced by the impact of society and social factors (e.g. the length of maternity leave or changing proportion of institutional care). The frequent reason for a change in roles are also the negative or even traumatic experience of respondents. On the other hand there has been confirmed that the family is influenced by the family traditions transferred over the family line there is the point of the choice of one individual whether he chooses to follow them or not. There also exist the very specific family traditions typical only of one individual family.

Priorites of nurses and postpartum women in education.
LUDAŠOVÁ, Tereza
Education in nursing is very important, especially after childbirth when woman is exposed to a whole new point of her life. Midwife should be supportive, be able to provide advices and help new mother needs. The theoretical part of my work is dedicated to definitions in education, its concept and learning. Most of my theoretical part focuses on puerperium period, further divided into physiological, pathological and late. In physiological puerperium period are discussed involutional changes mainly and changes of body overall. Physiological puerperium also contains a chapter of lactation and breastfeeding, which are briefly described in two separare sections. Another chapter is pathological puerperium which describes the most frequent problems mothers can experience after childbirth, like bleeding, infection, vascular complications, emotional changes, lactations disorders and breast diseases. The further topics are dedicated to the newborn. The practical research part focuses on finding the most important areas of education from the perspective of mothers and nurses and compares their priorities. The survey was carried out using a quantitative survey, data collection was conducted in six hospitals of the South Bohemian region through anonymous questionnaires. All of them were distributed separately to postpartum/puerperium women and separately to nurses. The research sample consisted 100 (100%) of mothers after childbirth and 100 (100%) of nurses. All the results of the survey were processed using graphs and tables. Hypotheses were verified by statistical Chi-squared test in Microsoft excel. To assess whether the differencce observed and expected frequencies is statistically significant was achieved by using calculating level of statistical significance ie. p-value using functions CHITEST. P-values were converted to percentages and compared with a significance level of 5 %. The aim of the thesis was to identify the most important areas of education from the perspective of midwives, nurses and postpartum women. Another objective was to set out to determine the differences in priorities of education for women after childbirth, midwives and pediatric nurses. Hypothesis 1 There are differences in priorities of education among mothers after childbirth and midwives. This hypothesis was confirmed. Midwive´s priority is hygiene and postpartum mother´s priority is newborn nutrition. Hypothesis 2There are differences in prioritiesof education among mothers after childbirth and pediatric nurses. This hypothesis was not confirmed. The priority of both mothers after childbirth and pediatric nurses is newborn nutrition. Hypothesis 3Priority of education of mothers after childbirth varies depending on previous experience with motherhood. This hypothesis was confirmed. The priority of 63% of all primiparas is newborn nutrition and knowing how to breastfeed. The other mother´s priorities are in 18% newborn manipulation and in 12% self- hygiene. Hypothesis 4Priorities of education of midwives varies depending on the lenght of experience. This hypothesis was confirmed. The priority of midwives working in the postpartum department between 0-10 years is hygiene in 66%. The priority of midwives working in the postpartum department for longer than 11 years is in 14% nutrition. Hypothesis 5Priorities of education of pediatric nurses varies depending on the lenght of experience. This hypothesis was confirmed. The priority of pediatric nurses with 0-10 years of experience is newborn safety in 32%. The priority of nurses with more than 11 years of experience is newborn nutrition in 22%. The results of this thesis can serve as material for midwives such as recommendations for improving the education of mothers after childbirth. Or can be served as an educational material to mothers. Findings of the research can be presented as seminars and scientific conferences of midwives and pediatric nurses.
