Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřila na aktuální téma, kdy se drobní podnikatelé na obranu proti velkým zahraničním řetězcům slučují nebo co nejvíce rozšiřují svou podnikatelskou činnost a vytvářejí tak horizontální podnikatelské sítě. První, teoreticko - metodologická, část práce pojednává o distribučním systému jako součásti marketingového mixu a praktickou část tvoří SWOT analýza konkrétní horizontální podnikatelské sítě.

Horizontal driven roller conveyor

This thesis deal with the construction proposal of driven horizontal roller conveyor for transportation of europallets with loads 175 kg. Part of this thesis is functional calculation of roller conveyor, determination of main parameters of conveyor, calculation of solidity of shaft and shell of driving roller, design and control of frame. The thesis contains drawing documentation of conveyor assembly, conveyor section assembly, driving roller assembly and detailed drawings of shaft and shell of driving roller.

Využití metod finanční analýzy k zhodnocení finanční situace podniku

The aim of this work is to evaluate the financial situation on the basis of financial analysis. Financial analysis are based on a finantial ratios for the years 2009 to 2013. The work is divided into two parts. The first section contains the theoretical basis and assumptions for the practical part. The second part is practical, where horizontal and vertical analysis is carried out and indicators of financial analysis calculated. Through various indicators of financial analysis was evaluated the financial position of the company and estimated anticipated development. Based on the results of the financial analysis are also identified problem areas of the finantial management of the company. In the last chapter are defined appropiate proposals and measures that should lead to improvement of financial situation.

Fish detection with modern sonar systems

This dissertation thesis was focused on improving the methodology to detect fish with modern sonar systems in lakes and reservoirs. The first part of the thesis is aimed to the vertical beaming acoustics with a key focus on the acoustic dead zone and its practical solution. The second part deals with the fish orientation in reservoir?s open waters and its consequences in horizontal beaming acoustics. The last one dedicates to the DIDSON multi-beam sonar and its reliability in detection and sizing of fish.

Agricultural Interest Representation in the Legislative Process of the Czech Parliament: Theoretical Approaches and Empirical Implications

The contribution aims at theoretical as well as general determination of the framework in which the process of articulation of interest with a stress on agricultural sector takes place. This framework is further applied on the analysis of empirical material. The main findings are following: in the Czech agrarian sector effective hierarchical structures of interest representation and horizontal and vertical intermediary channels within these structures are with few exceptions successfully consolidating. In accordance with the current trends in the world, the shift from social neo-corporativism to administrative lobbying takes place.

Development of economical situation of joint-stock company

The purpose of this thesis was to objectively appraise development of economical situation of joint-stock and to make conclusions about situation of the company. Financial analysis was applied on the real existing company. Theoretical part of the thesis characterizes joint-stock company, its establishment and formation, financial analysis and its method of calculation individual indicators. Practical part of the thesis includes horizontal and vertical analysis, calculation of financial analysis indicators (rentability, cost, labour productivity, liquidity, indebtedness), simple intercompany comparison and breakdown of costs of company. The last part of the thesis includes interpretation of calculations results and points out shortcomings.

Setting costs for capital and their usage for calculation of economic value added.

This thesis deals with company capital structure, that is characterized according to methods of horizontal and vertical analysis. Then it deals with prices of particular capital items, costs for capital and influeces on business performance, it means with the calculation of economic value added. Theoretical part describes capital structure items in general, prices of particular items of capital, costs for capital and particular methods for EVA calculation, it means both EVA entity and EVA equity. Practical part characterizes individual items of capital structure and application of chosen model, that is the second model for EVA calculation {--} EVA equity {--} on a concrete company. This calculation was processed through benchmarking on websides of Departement of industry and Trade. The model was applicated on a company, that deals with production of motor and joining vehicles, machines production, machineries production and means of transport repairs {--} ČZ, a.s.
