Book of Henrykow as a source

Hereby presented diploma paper is concentrating primarily on the Book Of Henryków (BOH), the outcome of Cistercian literature as produced in Silesia at the break of 13th and 14th century. I worked with Roman Grodecki edition, published in 1991. At the beginning I resumed published editions and source related literature. W orks containing some notions on BOH but not dealing with it further were left behind. Here I also made few remarks on topics I did not work with later on, as clashes between Polish, German and Roman/German canon law and the case of the oldest Polish-written sentence. I did not comment largely literature exploited for the purpose of this paper. In first part I reviewed general political and cultural situation in the 12th, 13th and the beginning of 14th century Silesia, and introduced the moment when Grey Monks entered this area. Then I summarized contemporary Cistercian writing, where those produced in communities of Lubi'l_z, Trzebnica, Henryków and Kamienec are the most significant. These were mainly obituaries, annals, chronicles, Bishop' s lists, legends and Boo k Of Henrykow itself. With the help of previous researches and manuscript fascimile, I analyzed handwriting, authors, organization of BOH manuscript and reasons of manuscripťs creation. Difúze 71Ge a 68Ge v Mg a ve slitině Mg-2Al

Measurement of Ge diffusion coefficients in Mg and in Mg-1.8 wt.% Al alloy is presented in this work. Two techniques of Ge deposition and two annealing atmospheres (Ar and Ar + Cl2) were tested which might reveal possible influence of hold-up effect at the free surface on the diffusion behavior. The present results are compared with the literature data for volume diffusion of other impurities in Mg.

Between Kharkov and Moscow. Weekly magazine "Románové noviny" within the efforts to promote proletarian literature in the beginning of the 1930s

Práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí. V první části věnujeme pozornost základnímu historickému kontextu: zabýváme se dějinami KSČ v meziválečném období, literárním kontextem první poloviny 30. let, shrnujeme závěry charkovské konference o proletářské literatuře z roku 1930 a nastiňujeme základní systém komunistického tisku ve třicátých letech. Těžisko práce pak leží v její druhé, třetí a čtvrté části. Ve své druhé části se práce zabývá obecnou podobou Románových novin (1931-1934), komunistickým periodikem pro dělnické čtenářky, na jehož stránkách se projevily snahy o realizaci pokynů charkovské konference k vytvoření "nové" proletářské literatury. Jejími hlavními nositeli se měli stát spisovatelé z řad proletariátu (tzv. děldopové a roldopové), kteří měli být v technikách spisovatelského řemesla školeni profesionálním literáty. Práce se v této druhé části zaměřuje na popis mediální podoby Románových novin, tematickou strukturu časopisecké publicistiky a tematickou a syžetovou analýzu beletristické části obsahu (tzv. literárních seriálů - románů na pokračování). Ve třetí a čtvrté části práce věnujeme pozornost dvěma speciálním tématům s Románovými novinami spojenými. General Data Protection Regulation and its Impact on Grey Literature

In April 2016, the European commission adopted a new General Data Protection Regulation. This regulation is based on fundamental principles of the existing legislation and elaborates it further into the set of rather detailed legal instructions. The suggested paper aims to summarize the parts of the new regulation that are most relevant for operators of gray literature repositories, who will have to adapt within the next two years. The paper will focus on the issues of consent to the processing of personal data, the legal regime of processing personal data without the consent of the data subjects, the data subject’s right to information as well as the legal regime of acquisition of personal data by third parties and exercise of the newly formulated right to be forgotten.
