Bachelor´s thesis is analysing contemporary of motivational program in the company MCG REAL a.s. The theoretical part summarizes the findings from theoretical approaches to motivation. The practical part of this work is presented MCG REAL company, and Furthermore, this section gives results of a survey conducted among company employees. The last part proposes amendments to the incentive program, which will lead to increased employee performance.
The Motivation of Employees in High-tech Company

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to analyze the values of the selected group of employees in high-tech company. The other partial aims were to analyze motivation preferences of employees and also analyze employee’s attitude towards the company. The analysis was based on two question-forms, Hofsteda VSM 94 and question-form asking about motivation preferences. I have found out from these analyses that the environment is quite stressful, employees are big individualists and long-term orientation is dominating there. The most valuable benefits for employees are: paid holiday, education and health care contribution. The work, this selected group was doing was rated as well paid and their work satisfies them. As a suggestion it could be recommended to offer more days of holiday, education contribution and expansion of team cooperation on their work place. This could help to the company to achieve increased efficiency of employee’s performance

This bachelor thesis analyzes all elements of current motivational program in XY, a.s. company, its biggest competition and also the satisfaction of its employees using a questionnaire survey. Findings of this analysis have become the basis for proposing a number of changes or new solutions in this motivational program. This proposals will lead into decreasing the fluctuation at the active telemarketing operator’s position.

The theoretical part deals with basic concepts related to corporate, legal forms of business characteristics, causes and forms of dissolution and its subsequent liquidation process. The practical part focuses on the company, joint stock company, which is in liquidation and the economic consequences arising from the termination of the business activities of this company for state employees and creditors of the organization.
