The bachelor thesis deals with the internal company directives of the Czech company JEZAT, s.r.o. The first part of the thesis focuses on the theoretical background of the internal company directives and the definition of basic concepts related to employees. The second part contains basic information about the company and evaluation of the current state of the company. The last part contains a proposal for a new internal company directive, which is focused on employees and specifically on the work rules.

The first part defines the theoretical basis for internal company directives, the employment relationship, remuneration of employees, calculation of the wage and their accounting. The second part presents and analyzes the selected agricultural cooperative and identifies the problem. The last part deals with the solution of the problem, the result of which is the creation of a comprehensive internal wage regulation.

The bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of accounting and tax aspects of employee benefits in two selected companies. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the meaning and division of benefits, motivation, legislative regulation and accounting and tax aspects of benefits. The practical part of the thesis deals with the analysis of benefits provided in a micro accounting unit and comparison of its system with a medium-sized accounting unit. The thesis concludes with the results of a questionnaire survey focused on the satisfaction of the provided benefits. The thesis concludes with suggestions for possible improvement of the employee benefits system

The first part describes the theoretical backgrounds, which is based on the professional publications from several different authors who deal with the topic of employee rewards. The second part is focused on analyzing the current state of employee rewards in the company, as well as the impact of internal and external factors on the reward system. The last part of the thesis proposes changes that are intended to contribute to the improvement of this reward system.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the current motivational system and employee benefits offered by IKEA Česká republika, s. r. o. in 2021. The aim of the thesis was to propose changes that are desirable for the care and retention of employees. The evaluation was based on a questionnaire survey and the results show that the company should focus on the benefits that employees lack in the offer and omit little-used benefits from the offer altogether. In the end, specific proposals are formulated that the company could implement in order to achieve greater satisfaction of its employees. These proposals include better information on employee benefits, reform of the rewarding system and the introduction of new benefits.

Hlavním cílem této práce je návrh změny motivačního systému ve společnosti Dobrá autopůjčovna, která provozuje jednu autopůjčovnu se sídlem v Brně. V teoretické části této práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy a různé druhy motivace, její vliv na zaměstnance a různé motivační teorie. Tato část slouží jako základ pro analytickou část, ve které je velmi podrobně vysvětlen a popsán současný motivační systém. Toho bylo dosaženo prostřednictvím rozhovorů se zaměstnanci, rozhovoru s majitelem a pozorování. Na základě těchto analyzovaných informací byly nabídnuty změny ke zvýšení výkonnosti a spokojenosti zaměstnanců se zaměřením na zachování firemní kultury.
