The thesis titled 'Business Plan Creation' is devoted to processing the proposal of a comprehensive business plan for establishment of an event agency organizing mainly proms and weddings, but also other social and cultural events in the South Bohemian region. The theoretical part is focused on defining basic information about business, planning, decision making on the legal form and the structure and content of the business plan. The practical part contains the creation of a business plan for establishment of an event agency. It includes business environment analysis and shows the company's financial plan. The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to create a successful business plan that can be used as a template for future businessman.

Legislation regarding the incorporation in the Czech Republic and Great Britain in comparison. The thesis aims to evaluate the legislation of the Czech Republic and Great Britain regarding the process of incorporation and issues related to newly established companies. The thesis also proposes changes to Czech legislation and seeks to determine which of the systems is more favorable for the founders. The thesis comprises seven chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of the process of incorporation in both countries. The introductory first part defines the principal aim of the thesis, points out problematic areas and explores difficulties arising with regards to language and translation. Chapter one is subdivided into three parts and deals with legal framework of both countries as well as the matter of legal personality. Chapter two, which is subdivided into two parts, is devoted to the definition of what constitutes a company. First, companies recognized under British law are introduced; second, the four types of Czech companies are described. Foundation and creation of a limited liability company

Summary: In my thesis I focus on foundation and creation of a limited liability company under Czech law. Special attention is given to the explanation of limited liability of the partners of this type of company. The paper also focuses on distinction of the terms foundation of a company and creation of a company and the difference between them. The theoretical definition of the limited liability company is then followed by examining, explaining and analysing the foundation and subsequent creation of a limited liability company. The text also presents the new law, regulating inter alia limited liability companies, that comes into effect on 1st January 2014. The thesis is, apart the introduction and conclusion, composed of the chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of foundation and creation of limited liability companies. In this thesis I compare selected aspects of the legislation of limited liability companies, both in Czech and Polish law. This thesis is divided into five chapters. In the first chapter I concisely outline the historical development of the legislation of limited liability companies. I describe its origins and specifics, both in Czechia and Poland. In the second chapter I talk about limited liability companies as a concept of positive law. I have included this chapter in the thesis so I could describe the legal foundations of limited liability companies in both jurisdictions. In this chapter I also aim to concisely describe the basic law provisions, especially regarding the Business Corporations Act and "kodeks spółek handlowych", which are concerned with this company type. I try to find similarities and differences in the understanding of limited liability companies in both jurisdictions. The third chapter concisely summarizes the influence of European legislations on the individual nation legislations of limited liability companies. In this chapter I demonstratively list the directives both Czechia and Poland have implemented into their legislations. I compare regulation of a limited liability company in Czech and Polish law in this thesis. I will briefly outline development of the legislation of a limited liability company. I look at a limited liability company as the concept of positive law. My goal is to define similarities and differences in Czech and Polish law. Furthermore, I describe identification characteristics of a limited liability company. The larger part in this thesis deals with the process of establishing and incorporation of a limited liability company. My intention is to compare Czech and Polish law from the position of a potential founder of a limited liability company. I use Czech and Polish literature, case law, as well as Czech, Polish, European legislation, as sources, in this thesis. My goal is to describe, which law is more suitable for establishing and functioning of a limited liability company.

The bachelor thesis deals with the creation of a business plan for the establishment of private nursery school as a limited liability company. The aim of this work is to create a business plan, which could be used as a basis for the real establishment of the company. It is therefore necessary to choose adequate methods for its processing. These will deal with the part of the Own Proposals solution, following the theoretical part, which will introduce the basic theoretical knowledge of the given issue.
