Private schools in the primary education system: case study of the Karlovy Vary Region

This diploma thesis focuses on private primary in the Karlovy Vary Region. It is a case study whose main aim is to present private primary schools in the context of the development of private schools at the national level. It looks at the trend of recent years, when there has been an increase in private schools across the regions of the Czech Republic. The thesis is based on secondary data obtained from relevant documents related to private education and from the known evidence available in the country. It presents the facts about private primary schools from the perspective of various authors who primarily deal with the topic in the Czech environment. The theoretical basis of the work is based on the supply and demand for education. Attention is also paid to parents as actors who have a significant influence on the existence of private primary schools. The research part provides insights into the market of private primary education in the Karlovy Vary Region. There are introduced individual schools that have been established in the region from 1991 to the present. The aim of this thesis is to objectively evaluate the schools located in the Karlovy Vary Region based on the analysis of data on individual schools. Dance school Brno

The theme of The Bachelor's thesis is a design of the dance school in Brno-Zabrdovice area. The project focuses on a contrstruction of a buildingless gap on the crossing of the Milady Horakove and Prikop streets. The goal is to cover up two large areas of adjacent buildings with a new building. The object is divided into two parts. The first one has a better access for the public. Inside there is a large dance hall that can be rented for various events, music school for adults and a cafe with a terrace on the third floor. The second part is a major eight-story building, which includes dance halls of various sizes, locker rooms with their own sanitation facilities and spaces designed either for rent or as the offices of teachers of the dance school. The upper floors are reserved for students‘ accommodation. Each accommodation unit includes a bedroom, a small kitchen, a dressing room and sanitary facilities. The roomes are suited for one or two students. The entire underground floor is used to park cars and store bicycles. There are also technical rooms and a Boiler Room. For the convenience of residents, the building wis designed as a pass-through. There is a small park with leveling staircases located at the back yard. During the summer season, the lawn can be used as a recreation place for students or residents of the city. The entire structure is designed in accordance with the requirements for Immobile use of structures. The multifunctionality of the new building ideally complements the existing educational facilities of the city, such as kindergartens, high schools, grammar schools and universities.

Leadership and management of personnel in construction company

This bachelor thesis deals with topics of leadership and staff management in the construction business. The purpose of the thesis is to analyze situation in the fields associated with problematics of Czech construction business. The theoretical part introduces concepts and theories related to said problematic. There are four hypotheses proposed in the practical part. The situation considering diversity, motivation, comunication and education is evaluated through survey. The outcome of this thesis are partial conclusions and suggestions derived from trends and experiences found through research. These conclusions and suggestions may be helpful for those holding leadership and employee management work positions in construction companies.

The building over the historical cellars offers educational and cultural opportunities for professionals and for the general public too. A restaurant, accommodation and wellness facilities complements this function. The building with clean, geometric shapes is also a gateway to a green belt linking street Hlinky with square VAňkovo náměstí.

Diploma thesis „Management of personal development“ is focused on the analysis in the management of personal development in the production company ITAB Shop Concept CZ, a.s. focusing on technical-economic workers, and especially to the managers of company. The theoretical part is focused on the fundamental concepts in this area, defining the manager’s personality, his demands, self-management (time and stress management), training and development employees. It also discusses the internal and external factors acting on managerial development, improving performance through mental hygiene, lifestyle and wellbeing. The practical part focuses on the current status of management of personal development and the rules under which the selection process and the choice of development and education. It is focused on finding the requirements for managers and design of a particular solution that is focused to the opportunities for further development company.

Cooperation of the public and private sector in construction engineering

The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis cooperation between the public and private sector in construction engineering. The introductory part contain the main theoretical concepts from the domain public and private sectors, managements and teamwork, construction engineering and personal management. Furthermore, it defines theoretical knowledge of the labour market and the education system SR and their benefit for the construction engineering. In the empirical part, is thesis focused on the analysis cooperation each sectors construction industry based on interviews and using a questionnaire survey. The final part thesis summarize particular detection and dedicated to proposal for a recommendation to improve cooperation between the public and private sectors in construction engineering.

Center of leisure activities

This diploma thesis presents a project documentation for construction of a center of leisure activities. It's construction site located on the outskirts of town Třebíč, "Na Kopcích" street. The building is composed from the two visual and three service parts which are connected to each other. On the left side in first floor there is a bowling with services and the second floor will serve for sport activities of jumping, spinning or relax massages. On the right side of building will be usable for education or for leisure activities. The building is designed as a two floors with partial basement. The construction system is formed by longitudinal wall system with precast hollow core slab or reinforced concrete slab. The structure is based on strip foundations with walls of permanent formwork. External wall is based on clay brick of therm type. The staircase is designed as prefabricated element or cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The roof is constructed as warm flat green roof with expanded polystyrene with screed to fall.

What is the job of fitness trainers, what are the types of coaches and what qualities they have. The profession trainer education is essential, therefore, is one chapter devoted to educational opportunities in the Czech Republic. The practical part deals with clients, their needs and requirements for personal fitness trainer. Theoretical basis of questionnaires used to build the research questions.
