Buzz marketing and its use in practice

The main objective of this thesis is to present buzz marketing as a modern marketing approach, to identify its potential and possilble problems with its implementation. It also examines the popularity and the spread of use of buzz marketing in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the first section I focus on the general introduction of the topic of modern marketing campaigns and explanation of some important terms. The second part deals with the current situation of buzz marketing in the Czech Republic as well as its potential for next growth and development.

Bachelor thesis focuses on the current trends of managing personal communication with customers and their subsequent application in Mary Kay. Discusses selected forms of marketing communications - direct marketing, personal selling and viral marketing. These tools are analyzed and then used for the analysis used in marketing communications company. The work brings its own proposal for a new strategy, and it is the use of forces the social media - Facebook, YouTube and blogging.
Viral marketing

The primary aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze some viral factors of the chosen viral campaigns from the Czech Republic and also from the rest of the world. The assessment takes account of the acquired theoretical knowledge about this issue from the first part of the work. On the basis of these facts is recorded the development of the viral marketing which has changed a lot recently. Especially thanks to a spectacular arrival of social networks, as one of the most used medium in the world. The secondary aim of the work is to give every reader some new information about idea of "viral marketing", as one on the most recent trend in the sphere of Internet marketing. And of course broaden the people's awareness of this tricky but very effective way of advertising some brand.
New Trends in on-line Marketing

This bachelor thesis deals with new trend of internet marketing, it focuses especially on viral marketing. The theoretical part charasterizes the process of viral campaigns, furthermore deals with the components and aspects of on-line environment. Another separated chapter presents social networks, their place in viral marketing and at last but not least the viral video making process. The practical part contains different analyses of specific viral campaigns. The next and equally the last part evaluates the used questionnaires. The aim of the thesis is to illustrate the mechanism of viral marketing, identify the main factors of success and analyze the specifics of Czech viral marketing. In the conclusion I introduce new trends of viral marketing.
New trends in marketing communication

This thesis analyzes new trends in marketing communication. The main focus is on internet marketing which includes pay per click ads, web 2.0 and social networks. The second part describes guerilla marketing and its characteristic practices used during advertisement campaigns. The practical part compares three different PPC advertisement campaigns. I have also evaluated their effectivity and described the guerilla marketing focused on costs reduction and economy.
Political campaigns and viral marketing

This Bachelor' Thesis follows up the connection of two developing directions of marketing -- viral and political. It defines the marketing mix for political market with all its specifics. The Thesis focus also on target groups that are defined by users of social networks, through which the viral marketing is most often spread. The practical part deals with the analysis of the clip directed by Petr Zelenka called "Premluv babu", which represents an illustrative example. The conclusion summarizes deductions supported by own research, which relates to the clip, and the posibility of influencing the elections to the Parliament of the Czech Republic in 2010.
Guerilla marketing and its application in commercial communications

The diploma thesis introduces Guerilla marketing as an unconventional method of commercial communication. The basics of traditional marketing are described in the first part of the work. Afterwards, the types of Guerilla marketing are presented whereas their advantages and possibilities are identified using practical examples. The consumers attitude toward the unconventional commercial communication is analyzed with the help of executed survey.
Using online tools in marketing communication

Diploma thesis deals with dynamically developing medium -- Internet and focuses on its marketing usage. At first the thesis describes development of the Internet worldwide, in Czech republic and analyzes czech Internet users. Then follows description advantages and disadvantages of the Internet as a marketing tool and media analyses. The thesis also describes various kinds of Internet marketing tools as viral marketing, buzz marketing, social networks and others. In section buzz marketing is focus on insight into real work in media communication agency . The gained information are used as a theoretical background in practical part where is carried out secondary and primary research regarding impact and characteristics of viral videos. The final outcome is summary of key findings and set of recommendations for designing successful viral video based on previous analyses.

The target of my bachelor work was the analysis of new trends in marketing communication and my own suggestion for the NEOTECH company, a. s. (established in Písek). My suggestions are drawn from new trends in marketing communication for NEOTECH´s specific product: a computer service for their customers. There are listed estimated economic impacts of this kind of communication and there given costs for the implementation my suggestions.
