This bachelor thesis is focused on debt collection and debt security of the specific creditor. It is primaly focused on information about legal enforcement, accounting, taxes and economics. It specifies claims of this creditor, within context of insolvency. These claims are analysed regarding debt collection and rate of enforcement. Main task of this thesis is to provide creditor with effective solution for debt collection and new perspective.

This thesis deals with debt recovery among entrepreneurs. The rst part of the work is to explain the legal, accounting, tax and economic terms. Analytical part describes the monitoring of business entity in which it focuses on the problems associated with the recovery of debts and their existing solutions. The last part describes my proposed starting points, as the best and most ecient way to recover the debt, but also how it is already in the emergence of a well secured.

My bachelor's thesis deals with problems of debt collection after due date. The theoretical part focuses on the creation, ensuring, limitation and termination claims. It also deals with methods of debt collection according to the Civil Procedure Code, Enforcement Code and arbitration procedure. The thesis analyzes overdue receivables in the company Poličská stavební, s. r. o. and submits proposals for more effective debt collection in this company.

Based on the obtained information from the analytical part, entrepreneurs are proposed ways of more effective securing claims and their enforcement.

The conclusion of the thesis is submitted proposals to improve the system of hedging instruments and debt collection.

The bachelor thesis deals with basic concepts that relate to receivables, their management and subsequently enforcement in the business corporation. Specifies types of receivables and uses the theoretical knowledge in the analytical part. Based on the financial analysis, a measure is designed to ensure better customers credit assessment and on that basis, to define the criteria for providing business loans and to provide information on the credibility of the customer.
