The scope of the bachelor thesis will be the issue of Attitudes and opinions of teachers on verbal assessment at secondary vocational schools in the area of Uherské Hradiště. The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The goal of the theoretical part is to define basic terms regarding assessment, specify the subjects of school assessment including their relationship, express the relevance of assessment in schooling, functions, risks of school assessment and to describe grading and school assessment including their strengths and weaknesses. The chosen topic will be dealt with on theoretical level by the means of comparison, analysis and synthesis of professional sources. The practical part will carry out research investigation. The goal of the practical part is to discover the attitudes and opinions of vocational teachers, teachers of practical training and special subjects at secondary vocational schools in the area of Uherské Hradiště. To solve the given issue, a questionnaire investigation will be used, the questionnaire consists of two parts attitude and opinion. The gain of data will be carried out by means of electronic administration in March 2016. The gained data from attitude part of the questionnaire will be processed by means of descriptive statistical methods. Open questions in the opinion part of the questionnaire processed by the means of descriptive statistical methods and contextual analysis. Evaluation of the questionnaire investigation will be carried out thereafter. The results will be presented in charts and graphs, there will be a discussion about the results. On the basis of the results will be proposed a recommendation for educational practice and a conclusion will be expressed.

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of a classroom climate at a selected secondary school. The aim of the theoretical part is to define the concept of the classroom climate, to classify the classroom climate co-creators as well as current approaches to studying the classroom climate, to characterize diagnosing the classroom climate, to outline possible application of results of this diagnosis and to map out and analyze researches on the topic that have already been carried out. Methods used for writing of the theoretical part was studying expert sources, making excerpts as well as doing analysis, synthesis, comparison and deduction of theoretical findings from the expert sources. The aim of the practical part is to characterise the classroom climate at a selected secondary school. The survey is of a mixed design using both quantitave and qualitative approach. The method of questioning was used. The data collection tool was a standardised questionnaire, sociometric test and standardised interview. Students of the third grade and their class teacher from the vocational school in Hustopeče were respondents of the survey. The data from the questionnaire were processed using descriptive statistics, the data from the sociometric test were processed using a sociometric matrix and a sociogram and the data from the structured interview were processed using transcription to a text format, coding and analysis.
The psychological burden and the possibilities of its management in the profession of a teacher of economic subjects

The diploma thesis is focused on the psychological burden in the profession of a teacher of economic branches. The aim is to examine the issue of psychological stress of teachers, to compare the main stress causes of high school and college teachers and to find out which psycho-hygienic methods are most effective for coping with psychological stress. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of the psychological burden of teachers, the definition of the main stressors, the stress of the teachers, and the selected techniques of psycho-hygieny. Based on a survey in the empirical part, we compare the causes of psychological stress of high school and college teachers of economic fields, identify the largest sources of stress and compare the effectiveness of psycho-hygienic methods. At the end of this work is an assessment of the current situation and recommendations to the teachers of economic.
Sex education in schools

The goal of my thesis was to determine what is the awareness of students from different types of grammar schools and reveal the critical points in knowledge. I also wanted to find out what the pupil's attitude to sex education. In the theoretical part I described these issues - sexuality, sexual development, sexual rights and sex education. The second part is the research and deals with awareness and attitudes of students and teachers on sex education.
Individualization in education as a means of education of gifted children in elementary school

Thesis topic is individualization in education as a means to educate gifted students at the elementary school. The aim is to find out how teachers educate gifted students at the elementary school and what types of individualization techniques applied in everyday teaching. Teacher's attitude to education of gifted students, issues orientation and differentiation of educational offerings. The focus of the theoretical part is description of the specific characteristics and the problems of gifted children, which affects educational process and the relationships with the teacher and classmates. Options education of gifted pupils, modification methods, forms of teaching and learning environment. The multiple practical part includes the study of three elementary schools, which includes observation of teaching involved interviews with teachers. The research described disunited approach teachers for gifted children with their education. Comparisons between schools showed large differences in the education of gifted children in the primary school. Each school uses a different system of education of gifted students, has other goals in the education of gifted students and each school has different approach to the problem of gifted children. Creativity development of pupils in older school age in the work of teachers

The thesis is focused on creativity development of pupils in older school age in the work of teachers. First part of thesis acquainted with theory of creativity and explain basic concepts about creativity development and creative teaching in the work of teacher. The aim of this thesis is to find out the form, how teachers develop pupils' creativity in their work and how the teachers think about creativity teaching. The practical part contains a pilot study survey and four case studies implemented within the main research. Emphasis is placed on observing teaching activities and subsequent interviews with teachers about teaching course. Results showed, that teachers are able to use creativity teaching. However, there are still several options, how to improve the quality of creativity teaching. We suggested specific recomendations in the conclusion, how to improve the quality of creativity teaching. Pupils look at social factors significantly affecting their motivation for learning

Presented thesis deals with the eighth-grade elementary school pupils' view on social factors significantly affecting their learning motivation. The paper is of theoreticaly-empirical character. The base for the theoretical part is consisted of definitions of the main concepts, such as motivation and learning, social factors, environment, adolescence and demarcation of the major social factors influencing learning motivation. The main goal of the empirical part is to find out, to what extent social factors (parents, teachers, peers) are influential to learning motivation of the eight-graders. There is also a qualitative research presented. The data were collected via semi-structured interviews and analysed using ground theory principles. In total, ten interviews with the eighth-grade pupils were conducted. The main finding of the research is, that informants are mostly motivated by their parents. The teachers most commonly affect the motivation in negative manner. Peer group is the factor, which can be both motivating (by mutual learning help between pupils) and demotivating (by distracting from learning proces). Prestige of Nursery School Teaching

This thesis is devoted to the teaching profession with a focus on nursery school teaching. The theoretical part contains information about teaching as a profession, focusing directly on the prestige of nursery school teachers and describes the contemporary aspects of prestige. Finally, it is described in detail the development of the profession preschool teacher, as a source of ongoing professionalisation of teaching. The main objective of the research is to compare how the prestige of pre-primary teachers evaluated by teachers from other educational levels and preschool educators themselves. Furthermore, to determine how different the results of the investigation work of the author and poll by the Centre for Public Opinion Research (Centrum pro výzkum veřejného mínění - CVVM) at the Institute of Sociology of the prestige of the profession of 2013 and 2016. Design survey is mixed. The method is a questionnaire, structured interviews and document analysis. The results show the relative agreement with research by CVVM. Respondents rated significantly differently just 4 professions and teaching professions rated slightly higher than in the original survey.
